It's no secret that I love children. They're sweet, adorable and... okay, maybe not all the time. But still, they're precious. I was observing one of my baby cousins a while back, and I was startled to hear him talk to me. Not in full, grammatically correct sentences or clear tones, no. He was teaching me through baby talk-non-verbal cues that can make a lot of sense if you're paying attention. I learned 5 things from him that day. Let me tell you about them.
First, I learned that if you want something, you have to cry (read: ask) for it. Uh, I guess that could mean writing a formal request, but in reality it usually means losing all your inhibitions and letting out a healthy, heartfelt howl. It's a sure way to get noticed, and if you do it long enough, you should get what you want. (Of course, it doesn't always work, but it usually does, under the right circumstances and with the right people).
Secondly, he taught me that if you don't get it right the first time, all you gotta do is try, try, try again. So what if I can't walk more than 2 1/2 steps right now? With practice, I'll walk 5! Yes, that's the baby way, alright. I'm not sure why we ever stopped approaching life that way. We'd certainly get a lot further with our pursuits.
Another thing I learned was that all things are best done in moderation. You really only need to drink so much milk as you can handle right now. The rest is not going anywhere, and even if it is, there's bound to be something better when you need it. Trying to cram it all in at once will only result in a tummy ache and an unstoppable return of the excess nourishment. Moral of the story? Greed doesn't pay.
This active baby had a fourth lesson point for me: don't hypocritically hug people you really can't stand. If you don't like someone, don't act as though they are your best buddy. That will backfire on your sooner or later. It's better you remain polite, but keep your physical and/or emotional distance. It's a more honest way, and perhaps it will spark a conversation in which you both can work out your differences... and THEN hug genuinely!
Last, but certainly not least, Baby Cousin taught me that it's quite okay to laugh at yourself. Everyone trips over their shoelaces-why blush? Just pick yourself up and laugh with the crowd. They'll fall in love with your humanness, and you'll feel more confident and comfortable with yourself. It's a much freer life when you don't take yourself oh-so-seriously.

If you have a rather intensive sweet tooth and are struggling to lose weight, sugar blocker gum can be the answer. When you eat foods that are high in fructose the way it breaks down in the body actually adds to your problems. It does not matter what form it is in, which is why it might be better to use a product that will simply stop the process altogether.
Any kind of glucose or fructose that is found in food has the unusual side effect of encouraging your body to stay hungry. You eat more because the chemical reaction that is taking place is signaling that you need to eat more. This process naturally creates a problem for anyone who is trying to take off the weight.
Even if you are exercising on a daily basis, the body's response to the chemical reaction is still causing a heavier than necessary appetite. This is often mistaken for a greater caloric need due to the increase in physical activity. Yet the more scientists discover about weight loss and the effects of glucose the more obvious it becomes that the real root of the problem lies in the inability to regulate the intake of food based on confused signals.
It may seem to make sense just to restrict the intake of all products that have this effect. There are, of course, different types and sources of sugar that can make this very difficult. You would have to restrict so much of the diet that you would also be restricting the intake of essential nutrients. Cane, corn based, and natural glucose can be found in a wide range of products. Each responds in the body the same way.
Naturally existing sources include fruits and some vegetables. Fruit, especially, can offer just as much as a bowl of ice cream or a sweet breakfast cereal. Once it has been ingested, the chemical turn over drives the body to continue to eat for a greater level of food metabolism.
The problem is when the sugar that has been eaten is metabolized it does not just burn off. It actually turns into fat. While it is different from saturated fat, the calories are not really the issue. It is the breakdown of the molecular structure of all forms of glucose that creates the fat. Getting rid of this extra fat while you are still taking in a wide range of sources simply does not work well.
By interrupting the process of absorbing any source as a nutrient and changing it over into fat you have the chance to continue to eat the foods that are necessary for good health while preventing the metabolized effect. Blocking the natural change over in the body helps to reduce the amount of fat that you are accumulating so that weight loss can happen.
Sugar blocker gum is a simple way to interrupt the process and give your body the chance to drop the weight. You will find that you are not as driven to eat more than you need and often will even notice times when you are not hungry at all at the times when you have consistently eaten in the past. Giving yourself the chance to succeed is a huge benefit to finding overall health and maintaining a healthier body weight.

Hebrews 11:6 "... he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
One of the major keys to living a blessed life is believing God wants to reward you. I know He is a rewarder because He has proven this to me over and over again in my own life.
You have to have the right image of God. If you believe He's out to get to you then you will never come to Him or trust Him or certainly never believe He is a rewarder and wants to bless you. I had the privilege of growing up with a loving earthly father so it's not hard to believe that my Heavenly Father is the same. It could be more difficult for someone who grew up with a harsh earthly father to believe that God loves them and wants to bless them. The key is to get to know Him. You get to know Him by spending time with Him in prayer and in His Word. (Romans 12:2) If you have a false view of God then find scriptures that talk about His love for you and meditate on them.
People say "I know God loves me", but do they really believe it? If you believe it then you can trust Him. When you believe He loves you, you can believe that He wants to bless you. When you are able to receive His love, you can receive everything else He wants to give you. When you know He loves you, you can trust Him in the wilderness because you know there is a promise land on the other side.
Revelation 4:11 says "for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." You were created for His pleasure and your purpose can be found in Him. You will never truly be fulfilled outside of Him. He is longing for you and longs to be gracious to you. (Isaiah 30:18)
He is a loving God (1 John 4:16) - so much more than you can imagine and He wants to lavish that love out on you. If your view of God is skewed because of a bad relationship or events that happened in your life, I challenge you to go to the Word and let the Holy Spirit reveal the Father to you. (John 16:13,14; Ephesians 2:18)
He wants nothing more than to fellowship with you, pour His love on you, and dump His blessings into your life. When you get a revelation of how much God loves you, your life will never be the same.

They say that patience is a virtue and - at least sometimes - they are right about that. But what happens when you seem to fly off the handle at the slightest provocation? Here are some simple ways to help you to increase your patience.
Work out what's causing your impatience
That may sound obvious and even simplistic. But if it was, you probably wouldn't be as impatient!
So take a step back, physically or mentally, and do your best to work out what's bugging you.
    Then decide what to do!
If it's fixable - like oiling a wheel - then fix it or pay someone to carry out the deed.
If it doesn't involve something mechanical then you need to figure out whether there's a way round the problem. Some things such as surly teenagers aren't easy to fix but a lot of other things just need both sides of the problem to sit down and talk it over.
    Adjust your attitude
Difficult as it is to believe, it could be your attitude that's causing the problem that, in turn, is causing you to lose your patience.
Often all it takes is a slight shift in attitude. Or even just an occasional smile or "thank you".
If you're struggling to work out what needs to change then enlist the help of a trusted friend, someone who will tell you the truth and won't pull any punches.
Then play around with a few things, even if something like smiling when you meet that person feels alien to you at the moment.
    Keep a journal or blog
Yikes! The thought of writing down whatever makes you irritated probably winds you up as well.
But getting things out into the open is often the best way of clearing them up.
And taking the time to crystalize your thoughts is definitely worth doing. Because it will help to diffuse whatever it is that is irritating you in the first place. There's something cold about the written word that makes some of the dafter ideas look even more stupid than they are.
    Give yourself a rest
Taking a break is an excellent way to let your irritability decline.
Whether the break is for a few seconds, a few minutes or longer.
The mere fact of interrupting the pattern you were running that made you irritable could be enough to allow you to calm down. Failing that, walking away from the situation may be another good way if the situation permits.
Work out the best way that you can do this in the various situations where you find yourself losing your patience and then apply them as best you can.
    Detach yourself from the situation
This is another art that is worth learning.
It's actually an NLP technique called dissociation if you want to read up more about it but, in essence, you visualize yourself as a casual observer rather than participating in the scene.

When it comes to racket based games everyone knows that one of the most crucial offenses is a good defense. That's why when you are truly trying to win a game- you have to make sure that you do the best when it comes your turn to serve.
A solid serve can help to ensure that you don't have to end up defending yourself when it comes time to truly play the game. One of the tricks to a good serve is to make sure that you are completely aware of the service rules and can adhere to them. Service errors are costly and in a game like badminton where anything can happen, you want to make sure you are leading during your service and not defending. Here are some of the crucial service rules that you will have to follow in badminton.
    1. Don't delay - The service form in badminton consists of a position where you raise your back foot. The moment your back foot is raised you cannot go back and forth but have to serve immediately. Failure to do so will result in the point being awarded to the other side
    2. Positioning - Service in both badminton and tennis involves both players being on the opposite diagonal side of the court. If you serve right in front of your opponent, the point will again be given to your opponent. Positioning is also important in doubles badminton. In the case of doubles badminton you cannot block the view of your opponent to the server. In addition, both feet must be touching the court
    3. Racket rules - In badminton it is required that the racket hit the bottom or base of the shuttle cock. It is also important to note that the racket shaft only be pointing downward. This means that the head of the racket must be pointing upward. It is also important to remember that during a service the racket only starts from the back and continues forward. You cannot move the racket back and forth once it starts to move forward.
    4. Shuttle cock rules - During service the shuttle cock must always be below the waist of the person serving. In addition, during service, the shuttle cock should never be hit in a downwards motion but always in an upward one to end up on the other side of the court. Missing the shuttlecock during service is considered a point for the other side and a service error for the server
    5. Etiquette - The server shall not make an attempt to serve if the opponent isn't ready. However, should the opponent try to hit the serve, it will be considered a good service.
Service rules are created to ensure that there is always an element of defending your side during the badminton game. Ensuring that you have a solid serve means that just about half the battle of the game is in your favor. Of course, this is also dependent on how good your opponent's service is and how good their return is.

Change is inevitable! We experience change at some level every day. It may be as small as using a new coffee cup to as big as changing jobs. Regardless of the size or intensity of the change, we have all established coping strategies. We probably all know people who struggle with the smallest of changes, and we may know people who fly through life as if they hardly notice the changes. Why do people cope differently? It's because as individuals, we all develop strategies for getting through life. We have decision-making strategies, coping strategies, and adjustment strategies. Our strategies are developed very early on in life and are the result of our perceptions of the world. It's well-known that young children are able to thrive in some of the worst conditions if their caregivers are thriving. Children who tend to be reactive, often have one or more caregiver who is reactive. The good news is that although our strategies are pretty well ingrained, we do not have to be held hostage to them. We CAN change. In this article, I'll take you through some practical steps you can use to not only learn how to survive major life changes, but to thrive during them by understanding your decision-making strategy.
    Identify Your Strategies
Since all of our behaviors are the outcome of our perceptions, the best place to start when trying to identify your strategies is with your sensory system. In the field of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) our primary senses (seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting) are called modalities. For our purposes here, we will focus on the three major modalities that are most influential in the development of strategies. They are the Visual (seeing), Auditory (hearing), and Kinesthetic (feeling) modalities. To illustrate how you use modalities as part of your decision-making strategy, consider the following scenario and fill in the blanks with the answer most appropriate to you. The words you will use to fill in the blanks are: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic and Auditory Digital (Ad=self-talk).
You go to your favorite store to purchase some shoes. You know what type of shoes you want to buy. They are (tennis shoes, dress shoes, casual dress shoes, etc.). Upon walking in to the store, you head directly to the shoe department. The first thing you do when you get there is to (Look, Listen, Touch, or talk to yourself). After you've found the pair of shoes you think you like, you (touch them/ try them on, or ask yourself if they meet the criteria you were looking for in a shoe). At this point, you might be ready to pay for the shoes, or you might decide to continue looking (this will happen if the shoes you chose don't fit your criteria or don't fit right). Once you find another potential pair of shoes, you repeat the above step (touch them/ try them on or ask yourself if they meet the criteria you were looking for in a shoe).
There are a few possible decision-making strategies that could emerge from the above example.
    • You look for the type of shoes you're interested in buying (Visual)
    • After you find a pair, you try them on (Kinesthetic)
    • You ask yourself if they meet your needs (Auditory Digital)
Some of the possible strategy patterns could be:
    • V -> K
    • V -> Ad
    • V -> K -> Ad
    • V ->Ad -> K
Can you find your pattern? If you think of other scenarios where you have to make decisions, you'll probably find you use the same strategy over and over.
    Decide to Make a Change
Now that you know your primary decision-making strategy, you should be enlightened about how you make more important decisions in your life besides buying shoes. Generally speaking, your strategy will be the same. Consider a situation in which you are looking for a new job. You might see a job posting or advertisement that represents the type of job in which you are interested (Visual). After reading the job description, you might either ask yourself if it feels right (Kinesthetic), or sounds good (Auditory) or ask yourself if the requirements and your responsibilities meet your criteria for the type of job you want (Auditory Digital).
Keep in mind-no one strategy is correct! Your strategy is the one that has worked for you. If, for some reason, it doesn't work for you, there is always the option of changing it. This won't happen over night, but it is possible. Think about someone who is a compulsive shopper. Maybe their strategy is to go to the store, see things they like (V) and buy. Other levels could be added to the decision-making/ buying process to help them be less compulsive. Note: Before you take this step, make sure you have permission from the person you are accompanying. Giving unwanted input could destroy a relationship. It's that powerful! If you have permission, you can add a step to their buying strategy by inputting the question: Do you need that? every time they pick something up to add to the shopping cart. By doing so, you're adding an Auditory Digital component (in this case it's not yet self-talk) to their strategy. Eventually, the compulsive shopper will start asking themselves the question in the form of self-talk, thereby changing their buying strategy to V -> Ad. Consequently, they will be less likely to succumb to spontaneous buying.
Similarly, if you believe your decision-making strategy has been less effective than you'd like, you can change your strategy by consciously adding or deleting modalities to your strategy. Eventually, your unconscious will take over and your strategy will change to one you believe is more effective.
Making Decisions about Major Life Changes
Making decisions about major life changes are the ones that cause us the most stress. The majority of the stress comes from not trusting ourselves and having a fear of the unknown. While these are certainly legitimate concerns, the root cause of the stress probably stems from an internal conflict regarding whether or not you're making the right decision. Sometimes being aware of your decision-making strategy is enough to provide you with the added insight you need when making decisions about major life changes, or when major life changes occur that are not the result of a choice you made consciously. However, there are times when knowing your strategy isn't enough and you feel like you're left sitting on a fence. The to do or not to do dilemma can produce a very uncomfortable feeling. The what ifs can cause major stress, which sometimes trigger secondary reactions like depression and anxiety.
    Get Your Parts Together
When you feel like you're sitting on a fence, it's usually because a part of you feels one way and another part of you feels another way. The only was to get off the fence and make a decision you can live with, especially if it involves a major life change, is to get your parts together.
Getting your parts together is easier than it sounds, but it involves some serious reflection. In NLP, we use a technique known as parts integration to help clients do just that. Although it is a technique you can do on your own, it's much easier if someone you trust will work with you.
    Start by identifying the problem:
Part of me wants to do [blank], and part of me wants to do [blank].
Hold your hands out in front of you, and have the parts come out on your hands by associating them with something you can see, hear and feel.
Then do the same with the other part on the other hand.
The next step is to do what we call, chunking up. This means you go from concrete to abstract. Here's an example a client recently experienced: Part of me wants to move to [blank] and part of me doesn't. To guide the chunking up process, ask yourself, or better yet, have someone ask you, "for what purpose," or "for what intention." So, for instance, you'd say: For what purpose do you want to move to [blank]. Keep repeating these statements until you chunk high enough and you'll find that the purpose for each part is the same. In the case of my client, she discovered that the root cause of the problem (whether to move or not) was a feeling of guilt. Once the parts were integrated, she was able to make a decision about whether to move or not.
Parts Integration is a very effective technique. It does take some practice and is usually more successful if done with assistance. Identifying your decision-making strategy is quite easy, however, and can be a very powerful tool you can use in most any situation in which you are looking at making major life changes. When used together, you can not only survive major life changes, you can thrive during them.

Imagine the terror. You try to suck in breath, but nothing is getting into your lungs. Your bronchial tubes have closed off access to your lungs. If you do not do something within just moments, you will lose consciousness. You could wind up with heart disease or brain damage due to oxygen deprivation. You could die. You are alone. You can't call out for help because you have to have breath to have a voice. You fumble and finally bring your inhaler to your mouth. Two quick bursts of the medicine and you can immediately feel the bronchial tubes opening, letting breath and much-needed oxygen into your lungs. You are safe until the next time you encounter a trigger for your asthma.
Triggers are usually things that would not bother other people, but can take an asthmatic to the brink of death. A majority of asthma sufferers are children. Their parents live in fear that their child will not be able to get their inhaler in time. It's important for them to be aware of all of the possible triggers to which their child is susceptible. Asthma triggers in children are as individual as children themselves. It's a long arduous effort of hit and miss testing for doctors to learn what triggers will send each child into an asthma attack.
Some of the most common asthma triggers in children are:
    1. The common cold - Yes, catching a cold which is, generally speaking, a respiratory infection often triggers an asthma attack in children. It's bad enough for a child to be sick with a cold, coughing, sneezing, congestion, and then on top of that... asthma!

    2. Smoke - You don't usually have to warn asthmatics not to smoke. But sometimes their parents need to be reminded what breathing second-hand smoke does to an asthmatic.

    3. Medications, such as aspirin - That's right, even something as beneficial to many people's health as aspirin can send an asthmatic into a severe attack. This is, perhaps, the most surprising in a list of asthma triggers in children. Asthmatics must be careful with medications they take, especially over-the-counter drugs.

    4. Prolonged laughing or crying- Can you imagine what asthmatic children must have to do to reign in their emotions because of the fear of laughing or crying could make them unable to breathe? Without strong emotional reactions like these, life can be rather bland. Parents often overly-shelter their asthmatic children. They tend to live rather secluded and asocial childhoods, unable to do so many of the things other kids do.

    5. Cooking fumes- While many of us enjoy coming into a kitchen filled with the wonderful aroma of our favorite foods cooking, asthmatic children cannot usually take that chance. The smell of certain foods can trigger an asthma attack. Because they don't know what could trigger an attack, they just need to stay away from the kitchen. That would be very hard for some of us!
There could be an endless list of asthma triggers in children. These are just five examples of ones you might not have expected.

Habit is an acquired pattern of behavior that often occurs automatically. Some habits are good and some bad. It is often the bad ones that we should be aware of and try to resolve.
The inherent problem is that bad habits are part of our system and hence people are not even aware that they have a particular bad habit (unless it's a social bad habit like smoking or drinking).
Over the years your parents, spouse and people who care for you will always point your bad habits so that you improve. But what if you wanted to discover your bad habits yourself? This article will give you practical tips on how to discover and improve your bad habit.
So, how do you discover these bad habits within your system? How to you understand what is bad for you?
Following are the tips to discover bad habits
    1. Ask your friends to help you
This is an easiest way to determine a list of your bad habits. Circulate a sheet of paper to your friends and ask them to anonymously write the bad habits or something that they think you should change. Also ask them why you should change or an instance when you did something wrong.
Review their notes and compile them into one list. This is an important step as it gives you one master list to work on. Be careful as you may want to first identify whether or not it genuinely is a problem or bad habit. You may also want to identify if some of the points provided was a one-off case. Strike off those habits that you feel is irrelevant.
At this stage you should have a good number of habits to work on and improve.
    2. Make notes of an ideal person that you want to be
You need to give a lot of thought on this one. It could take days or weeks to come up with a definition of an ideal person that you desire to be. The easiest way is to relate yourself with some of the most successful people that you know of. Do a bit of research on them. Identify their strengths and habits. Ideally preparing a list of good habits from 2 - 3 good people would help you derive a list of 10 - 15 good habits that you should inculcate. These people could be your parents, relatives, friends, etc.
Set time for yourself and work on this list. Once you have finalized on a list of good habits that you want to develop; compare it with the list of habits that you already have and strike them out.
The remaining items on the list should serve as a guide to check if you do the opposite of what is mentioned in that remaining list. E.g. if the list contains a habit "Good Time Manager", check with yourself it you waste time.
4 Steps on how to improve your bad habits
    1. Prioritize your list
With a ready to refer list in hand based on the tips mentioned above, you should prioritize the habits that you should improve first. E.g. if your list contains bad habits like, wasting time and bad eating habits; then improving on your time management skills should be taken up first and then improving bad eating habits. Though there are some bad habits that you could improve in parallels, but it is advisable that you improve one step at a time.
    2. Schedule the plan for improvement
Set a timeline for improving a particular habit. Setting a timeline does not mean that you should give yourself a vague time like 1 month or 6 months. Give yourself a date to improve. Make a promise to yourself. If you think that something will take you 6 months to achieve; give yourself that much time and set a date.
    3. Prepare and Carry a Habit Breaker Card
Prepare and carry a habit breaker card in your wallet. The card should be the size of a Credit Card or Playing Card. On one side of the card mention the habit that you want to break and on the other side mention the date by which you wish to achieve it.
Every morning, evening and night you should look at this card and visualize within your mind that you have come out of this habit. Visualize the benefits of eradicating the bad habit; visualize in complete details.
    4. Monitor your improvement
Keep monitoring your improvement. The practice of staying far off from the bad habit is maintained for the first 3 - 4 days with ease. The problem starts after that. Read the last section to understand how to cope with a situation when you get drawn towards temptations. Make a note of the number of times you have deviated from your actual plan of improvement and at the end of the week evaluate the situation. If you feel that you have done reasonably well then give yourself a small reward in the form of chocolates or something that you like.
    Tips on dealing with temptations
Temptations will come and go; remaining calm at that time will help. The reason why we have temptations is because your body is comfortable with that behavior. As a human, accepting a new way of working is a bit difficult and hence you get "temptation attacks".
So, how do you deal with it? Relax and close your eyes during such times. Compose yourself and take a deep breath. Visualize yourself improving and enjoy that visualization. Once you feel a bit relaxed; locate your Habit Breaker Card. Read the habit over and over again and check the date by which you want to achieve it. This should motivate you.

    How to protect your property?
One of the easiest way is to lock your whenever valuable things into a safe. The safe is a strong metal box which is protected by a lock. Safes are attached to a firm location and carrying it away is made impossible.
Buying the safe into your home or office is a wise investment. Especially for those who own valuable assets and documents which are easy to carry from one place to other.
    Safety box or safe?
Choosing between safe and safety box, you must first think for what it is needed. You might also consider the needs of growth and appropriate price. Safe box do not have a burglary class certification. On the contrary, safe does.
Safety box and safe can be distinguished by weight also. In most cases, the proper safe weights a lot and is anchored to the floor. The safe is locked on two to four sides, while safe box is locked on one side. Safe's locking mechanism is deep inside the door, so the keys are more than 13 cm in length. In order to open the door, thief has to get enough time, skills, and special tools.
To lock the safes, you can use key lock, mechanical or electronic code lock. For a greater protection, you can use two locks at the same time.
What to keep in the safe?
In your safe you can keep different items, which have any material, or emotional value. For example, jewellery, coin collections, keys, watches, documents and cash are suitable to keep in the safe. You can also keep there some electronic devices, such as laptop and video camera.
How to choose a suitable safe?
There are many types of safes. For the best protection, you should acquire it according to your needs. Hereby, we can speak widely about safe's peculiarities, construction, breaking resistance, and fire protection. There are plenty of information about that in Internet. However, two main criteria are value of assets in euros, and need for fire resistance.
If your assets do not have higher value than 500 €, and must be protected from rapid theft, you should use simple safety boxes. But if you store more valuable things, such as a large amount of cash, you should think about certified safes. Those kinds of safes are equipped with a good lock and have special protection against drilling. According to its security class, quality safes are usually equipped with theft insurance.
Your property can be protected from the fire, also. There are different types of fire-resistant safes. According to the fire protection class, the content of the safe will be protected from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Acquiring this type of safe, you should take into consideration its location.
It is reasonable to analyse how many combustible materials are surrounding the safe. In addition, you should know how far is nearest fire brigade. If you are living in the rural area, your safe should have a higher fire-resistance than those, which are held in city apartment.
You should remember that during the fire the temperature reaches 100 degrees. In this case, documents are safe, but high temperature ruins floppy disks and film negatives. Because of that, you should also buy a separate databox. Media storage locker, or datasafe, is much cheaper than the safe, but gives a full protection against 1000 degrees.
Whatever you choose, the most important thing is that the safe is properly fastened. Each safe has got the anchor bolts, which fasten the safe properly to a solid surface.
    Where to install the safe?
Safe must fit whenever you are planning to install it. That is why safes outer dimensions are important. If you have got a plenty of room, you should choose safe according to its internal dimensions. Safes internal dimensions are important because the items, which you are planning to keep in the safe, must fit into.
In addition, while choosing the right place for the safe, you should take into consideration the ease of use and strange glances. Safe is an object, which is often in use, so there is no point to install it somewhere uncomfortable. Otherwise, valuable items may remain neglected. For example, jewellery, which is kept in a drawer, is in a danger of disappearing. It is also true about home electronics and photographic equipment.
The location of the safe must be protected from the eyes of strangers. For example, in a situation where the workman comes to get the salary, a visible safe reveals one of the main security requirements - secrecy. The workman could not be the danger, but while chatting with the other, the information may reach the wrong ears. When a thief knows what to expect, he is much more prepared for the theft.
    The weakest link
Security of your property depends on the weakest link in the chain. Do not leave your safe keys in a place where they are easy to find. Exchange your code lock from time to time. Do not use easily assumed numbers, such as a date of birth, a straight line - 1234, 2580, 0000 or a game of corners - 1397. Those are easily guessed. You should also take into account that with time, selecting the code leaves a mark on the code panel.
Theft could also be committed by your acquaintances. Thieves may be your children as well as their friends. You can never be sure who are at your home with your children, and what they are doing. 100 euros lying on the cabinet, or in a drawer, could be an easy catch for a youngster who might not have planned the theft.
    Insurance for your lifetime
If you buy a safe once, you can use it for a lifetime. There are some 100-year-old safes, which are still in use. Those don't always have the high security and fire protection. Nevertheless, they are suitable and have an exclusive design.
Safes price reflects its purpose. The more expensive the safe is the better are the security and fire protection. If you currently lack the funds to obtain a safe with higher security, you should buy something simpler. You should certainly examine that your safe meets the current needs and usability. If your needs are growing and funds are increasing, you can always buy another, more secure safe.
While you have two safes, you can place your rarely used items into more secure safe. Things, which are often in use, could be placed into simpler and more comfortable safe.
Every day, people who are theft victims, come to us with their problem. Most of the valuable items are associated with emotions, and the damage cannot be restored. Late wisdom does not bring back precious things. That is why we recommend you to take action before it is too late.

Expert Author Roseanna LeatonA broken relationship is difficult to deal with. Even a simple fall out with a friend or acquaintance leaves a person feeling under the weather. When that fall out is between you and someone you have been intimate with, or had believed you were close to, your mind and body feel as if you have been run over by a bus. Your life feels as if it has been derailed.
This feeling of having been cut adrift is extremely uncomfortable, unsettling and confidence squashing. No matter how secure a person you are, when a relationship breaks down you are affected in a huge way. Your emotions and equilibrium inevitably become greatly impacted, and not in a nice way.
For some people this is unfamiliar territory. For others a broken relationship can trigger a state of déjà vu. Past experience of broken relationships does not however make ones reactions and responses any better. It can in fact simply make matters a whole lot worse.
In many ways it is important to take a step back and logically assess what went wrong. This can be difficult to do when you are in a state of emotional turmoil, as your emotions tend to derail your ability to apply logic.
Some people repeatedly blame themselves for that went wrong whereas others blame the other party. In reality any relationship involves the interaction between two people and the "blame" should probably not be apportioned in one sole direction.
Blame is not always an appropriate word to use. Blame implies guilt and this is a difficult emotion to deal with. You do need to know what went wrong in a relationship so as to ensure you don't end up in a similar situation again in the future. But this does not need to apportion blame and guilt.
These emotions are negative and do not assist you in moving forwards. Rather, they hold you back, irrespective of whether they are directed inwardly at yourself or outwards at your ex partner or spouse.
Thus to be able to move on after a broken relationship it is vitally important to step back from your emotions and think logically about the situation. Hypnosis is a very useful tool to use when you want to relax and soothe your emotions. Hypnosis is in itself a natural state of relaxation whereby both mind and body become calm and peaceful. Additionally, hypnosis provides access to your subconscious mind where automatic thoughts and behaviors are stored and triggered.
Whilst in hypnosis suggestions can be made to help you to feel more positive about past events and potential happenings in the future. Suggestions can also be made to help build confidence and self esteem, which is usually vital in the period after a relationship has fallen apart. Hypnosis is easy to use, simply by listening to a hypnosis mp3 download.

    1. Accept the namelessness of life. This is perhaps the most difficult of all, so I start with it. There are many things in life for which you will never find a name. Which means that they will always remain mysterious to you. When you come to accept that, you can then find more and more meaning in that which you are able to name.
    2. Give up worry. Worry, for many people is a way of life - it is how they deal with life's ongoing drama. What will happen? What if this happens? The problem is that worry camouflages meaning in life. Like putting peanut butter on bread. Perfectly good bread but the peanut butter sometimes masks the taste of the bread so thoroughly that you cannot savor the bread flavor.
    3. Pardon yourself. I look at pardon as being beyond forgiveness. I think that technically when someone is pardoned, that individual's record is expunged. Yes, forgive yourself for whatever and all. But go beyond that and pardon yourself- expunge your records and move on. The burdens of the past can keep you from finding meaning now if those burdens are not released. Let them go, now.
    4. Take aim frequently. This is beyond goal setting. This is dreaming of what will be - no question about it. A goal, in my mind, is like setting up a target at which to aim. Goals are good, make no mistake. But for meaning in life, your need to aim frequently - dream as if your life depended upon it. It does.
    5. Understand that you live in abundance, as opposed to scarcity. It is a simple fact, in my book, that when you think you live in scarcity, you will see and have scarcity always. On the contrary, when you believe that you live in abundance, abundance is what you shall have. You will always have what you need. Therefore, you can seek meaning because you are not saddled with spiritual poverty.
    6. Believe everyone operates from who they believe they are. In other words, when you are tempted to make a negative assessment of another person, remember that they are doing the best they know how. Yes, they may not be doing well at all, in your book, or, perhaps, in anyone else's book. But they are operating as best they know in that moment - just as you are doing. The deepest meanings come from non-judgment.
    7. Strive to be what you would. Notice please, I said "to be." What you can do in the world is limited. Now don't see me as saying something negative in that. You cannot fly - ever - by the power of your own unaided arms. We are just not birds. But you can take your spirit flying and take the spirits of others flying with you. So strive to be what you would - there are no limits to being.
    8. Divest yourself of the negatives. Drop greed, anger, hopelessness, etc. These are unworthy of you. None of the negatives will get you anywhere. They may seem powerful, but in the end they are not. Take anger, for example. No one was ever intimidated into doing anything willingly, and therefore appreciatively, when raged upon. You change very little and very few through anger. And when the anger is absent, as when you leave the room, those at first frightened, regain their courage and look for ways to resist or sabotage you.
    9. Detach yourself. One of the great paradoxes of the world is that to gain something you must let it go. To find love, you must not pursue it. Love will find you when you have detached yourself from the outcome of searching. Peace will be found within you when you give away all desire for peace.
    10. Treasure the sacred. Everyone from some scientists to atheists deny the existence of the sacred in human life. If you do so as well, you will miss a most important component of life. The Source of All There Is reaches for you, not to capture and imprison you, but to set you free. Find the sacred in your life and make it a treasure beyond belief.

Has bad breath got you down and are you fed up of being called names just because your breath is not adequate shall I say? Well then do not worry because by the end of this article you will know how you can treat your bad breath so you can walk up to people and talk to them with confidence and not have to buy hundreds of packets of gum every week just to cover that awful smell.
There are no doubt many factors that can make your breath smell bad but in this article I will tell you 3 ways you can treat your bad breath and you will see that by applying them to your everyday lifestyle, you will see changes very quickly!

But before I begin, let me point out that if you do not brush your teeth two times daily (ounce in the morning and another time before sleeping), that is no doubt your problem and there is nothing better you can do but then to start brushing your teeth with a good toothpaste. Flossing should also be done.

Now the first thing you want to do is to rinse your mouth with Listerine everyday (2 times daily after you brush). You have to keep it in your mouth and gargle a little bit and then spit it out because it can sting if you swallow it. Listerine basically eliminates all of the bacteria in your mouth from your gums and the particles in the air of your mouth.

Next thing is to use your toothbrush and brush your tongue because all of the white stuff on it is filth and that can cause you to have bad breath. This is something 98% of the people do not do because they think that all of the white of their tongues is natural yet it is all dirty filth.

Last thing is to check which foods you are eating because sometimes a drink or a meal can make your breath smells bad. We are what we eat!

    Who wants to be bald?
Nobody. Actually, some people do prefer it, but that's the thing: it's a choice for these people. For others, losing hair isn't a choice - it just happens. So how do you prevent hair loss?
THE EASY STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO PREVENTING HAIR LOSS
These steps work for both men and women!
    1. Shampoo your hair - Sounds obvious right? Well it's not just about shampooing, it's about the brand of shampoo and how frequently you do it. Shampoo your hair no more than 4 times a week and no less than 3 times a week. Make sure you are using a trusted shampoo (either drug store or salon quality that's not old. Believe me, there are people who use shampoo that's 3 or sometimes even 4 years old! I recommend using Kerastase for salon quality, and Garnier for drug store.
    2. Condition your hair - Condition your hair no more than 3 times a week. If you have severe hair fall out, you might want to skip out on the conditioner completely, or only apply it to the ends of your hair, avoiding the roots.
    3. Use an antifungal - I highly recommend using a product with Ketoconazole, an antifungal agent. Nizoral works great. The reason it's important to use an antifungal is that normal hair fallout is caused by normal fungi residing at our roots. So to lessen even your normal fallout, use an antifungal regularly depending on your hair. For some, Nizoral can dry out their hair. For me, however, Nizoral makes my hair silkier, so I use it before every time I shampoo.
    4. Air dry your hair - You can dry off your hair with a towel, but be careful not to keep your hair wrapped in a towel as they can snag off.
    5. Avoid hot tools - This includes the hair dryer. It's better not to use hot rollers, curling irons, and straighteners as well. For some people who love styling their hair, this may be difficult, so avoid hot tools near the scalp as much as possible.
    6. Be gentle with your hair - A huge reason for hair fallout that many people don't realize is from brushing your hair vigorously. Use a gentle hair brush, or a wide-toothed comb.
    7. Medical checkup - If your hair fallout is severe and worrisome, it's worth getting a doctor's consultation. At times, a hormonal imbalance may be the cause. For example, if your thyroid hormone levels are low, taking thyroxine can decrease fallout drastically.
    8. Supplements and diet - Often, when I see patients who are dieting, they complain of severe hair fallout. Make sure you are eating healthy, and taking supplements including multivitamins. In addition, take a high dose within the recommended range of Biotin - this should greatly increase your hair growth.
    9. Don't touch your scalp with dirty hands - You didn't expect to see this step did you? The reality is that our hands our very dirty and touching our scalp adds microbials including fungi around our hair follicles. So wash your hands before scratching your head!
    10. Regular hair cuts - Another huge reason for a medically normal person to experience hair fallout is because of not getting regular hair cuts. When a person has poor condition of hair, like split ends, that hair follicle becomes very fragile and more prone to tangles. Tangles in turn snag when being touched by fingers or by the hair brush, and so your hair will be forced to pluck out.
    HOW TO TREAT HAIR LOSS
Your hair has already fallen out, and now you have a big bald patch on your head or a receding hairline. Here's how your hair can magically reappear.
    1. Rogaine - There are different strengths and formulations for this product, so get the one that suits you. Apply this product day and night and be consistent with it. It should work wonderfully, but be patient. Some women without drastic hair loss even use this product just to thicken their hair!
    2. Hair transplant - I don't recommend this method unless Rogaine fails to work after a year or 2 of consistent use. So make sure to follow the steps above on preventing hair loss in addition to using Rogaine in order to prevent going for hair transplant.

King Cobra and Baby Cobra, King Pigeon and Baby Pigeon, and allow me to introduce Baby Camel. A gentle way of introducing new sensations of opening the chest. Great assistance for those having respiratory challenges. In this Yoga pose, Ustrasana, the whole front of the body is lengthened. Runners might appreciate the well needed stretch in the quadriceps.
Needless to say there are many variations to this pose. For Baby Camel, start sitting on your heels in Hero Pose, Virasana with hands on the floor or block a little behind the feet fingers pointing back. Before you enter the pose, here are some tips to keep in mind.
    1. If sitting on the shins is painful, place some padding to alleviate the discomfort.
    2. If the padding does not work, sit in the basic sitting pose Dandasana or Bound Angle Baddha Konasana.
    3. Move in and out of the pose before holding it for 6-12 breaths.
    4. The back of the body will carry weight. Try to distribute the weight on the full length of the spine.
    5. Keep the neck in neutral unless you can comfortably take it back.
    6. You can practice lifting chest only quite a few times while remaining sitting on the heels. Make the movement dynamic. Breathe in as you lift the chest, breathe out as you lower. This might be as far as you wish to go. Baby steps.
    7. You can also practice lifting hips alone. Again inhale and lift, exhale and lower. Baby steps.
    8. Lift without forcing and straining. This might mean you lift one inch high.
    9. If the quadriceps scream, separate your knees a bit.
    10. If you lift both the chest and hips, make equal effort.
There is also the mind-body connection. How comfortable do you feel when there is a stretch in the heart area? When a pose is comfortable there is a chance for visualization and affirmation. In this Baby Camel you could imagine a lotus flower in the heart or throat area. That's of course if you are able to visualize. For you it might be easier to feel the sensations rather than create mental imagery.

Unless you live under a rock, surely you are familiar with carrots. Carrots are one of the most popular types of vegetables, they are very crunchy and have a sweet taste. Carrots are powerful hosts and great sources of vitamin A, vitamin K, fiber, vitamin C, potassium and manganese. Therefore, their regular consumption on a day-to-day basis is advantageous to our health and extremely recommended. Without further a due, let's dive into four reasons you should have carrots included in your daily diet:
    1. Eyesight Improvement
Certainly, this is not the first time you heard carrots being good for the eyes. If you are still doubtful about this - let's clear this out. Carrots are rich in beta-carotene, a component that is converted into vitamin A in the liver; afterwards a transformation of vitamin A into rhodopsin takes place in the retina. Rhodopsin is a purple pigment which plays an integral role in the function of the vision. The retina of our eyes needs vitamin A to function properly. The insufficiency of it may cause cataracts, macular degeneration and night blindness.
    2. Heart Disease Prevention
Carrots are packed with a great content of antioxidants, also known as carotenoids, such as alpha- and beta-carotene, cyanidinis and lutein. Recent studies have shown that when the antioxidants present in carrots work together, they protect the cardiovascular system from antioxidant harm, a protection that our body could not get if those antioxidant agents were taken separately. A 10-year study conducted in Netherlands has proven that constant intake of carrots helps to reduce the cholesterol levels, aiding the heart health.
    3. Cancer Prevention
Research has shown that regular eating of carrots reduces the risks of colon cancer. Laboratory studies have shown that Polyacetylene, a substance found in carrots, has the capacity to inhibit the growth and development of colon cancer cells in the body. In other words, carrots provide powerful anti-cancer benefits.
    4. Fight Against Aging
Undoubtedly, aging is one of the most concerning facts involving people above 30 years old. As stated before, carrots contain a great amount of beta-carotene, a component which plays an important role in combating against free radicals and toxins in the body and decelerates the metabolism of cells responsible for negative effects of aging.
There are numerous benefits of including carrots in your daily diet. You can easily find them in the market. They can be eaten in different manners, either raw or cooked. When heated, they lose certain phytonutritional properties due to the presence of beta-carotene which has proven to be a heat-stable carotenoid.

There's only one way to find out...
Now I like email but I also like direct mail but which one is better... there's only one way to find out... fight! Only kidding. As an email marketer you would think that I would vehemently promote email and yes I do, but there are pros to both. Email marketing is more efficient by some distance and it's also a great way to keep in touch with your customers and generate sales leads. Direct mail is also a good way to reach your target audience and in this blog I will discuss both.
One of the beauties of email marketing is how cost effective it can be. It doesn't cost a fortune to design a good email and to make effective use of text, graphics, pictures, links etc. A direct mail campaign will invariably involve sending out a brochure as well so all of this adds to the cost of posting it out.
Designing a good email campaign may take a few hours. You will need to look at factors such as target market, segmentation, design, layout and ensuring that the content is of good quality and worth reading. Once the email is sent out, as long as you have got a good quality delivering system, you will have a whole host of important statistics at your fingertips. Statistics such as open rates, customer profiles of those people who opened your email and went on to purchase, opt-outs and auto deletion of incorrect email addresses all help greatly when evaluating the success of a campaign and determining what strategies you can develop in your next email campaign.
In addition to this, it is much easier for a person to click on a link in your email and be directed to exactly where they need to be to make a buying decision. You can't achieve that very effectively with a brochure in a direct mail campaign where you would be relying on the recipient to make a note and type it into their computer.
Designing a good direct mail campaign can be a bit more cumbersome. It will take longer than a few hours to sort out the design, layout, printing and postage for your campaign. Once you have sent it out you should be able to track the delivery and response rate but this may take a while because undelivered items tend to take a long time before they are sent back to you. Any updating of incorrect contact addresses will need to be handled manually as well which is time consuming. Having said that, direct mail campaigns are great for sending out giveaways, coupons, competitions, and special discount items so it shouldn't be disregarded as part of a marketing strategy.
Email marketing is also a greener option than using direct mail. We are increasingly asked to look at ways that we can use less resource and by using email you will be saving on paper and the fuel costs associated with delivery. You will obviously be using electricity to drive your email servers but all things considered, it is still the most environmentally friendly option.
So which one's better? I'm going to remain firmly on the fence. Depending on your strategy there are good opportunities in both methods.
