Selling a house in the current fiercely competitive real estate market is surely quite a challenging job. Despite of the fact that there are endless mediums, ideas and strategies, most homeowners fail to sell their house fast and at the desired rate. First you need to understand that the success of your home selling process depends on how well you lure the buyers in every aspect pertaining to your property, be it features, size, location or the price of your house. Considering this, here are some quick tips to follow while selling a house.
    * Determining the right selling price - Be realistic while setting an offer price for your house. The worth of your house that was four years ago, might not even be close to its current value. For proper pricing, a good homework is required. Determining an accurate asking price depends on a lot of factors. For instance, you need to take into consideration the present market conditions. Also compare the rates that some other comparable houses in your neighborhood have been lately sold for. Another ways is to seek a right appraisal from an experienced professional appraiser. Do remember that an overpriced property can cause the seller to lose many good buyers. So, proper pricing is a must before going ahead.
    * Staging your home - A few years back, only the aggressive sellers used strategies like home staging. However, in the current market, staging a home is a necessity. You ought to present your house with the right feel and look, so that it can appeal to the potential buyers. Home staging includes doing minor repairs, fix ups, painting, cleaning, de-cluttering and everything that can enhance the appearance of your property.
    * Advertise your house - Today, to sell something one needs to market it first. Nothing comes easy, so do advertise your house on various property portals on the internet. You can also use other marketing resources, such as newspapers, real estate magazines, pamphlets, flyers etc. Not advertising a property means loss of many potential buyers.
    * Be available - Make sure you are always available when the potential buyers want to view your house or else they may find some other property options. Besides, it is advisable not to judge a potential buyer by his/her appearance, though you must tactfully see to it if they can really afford to purchase your house, before getting into any formal sales contract.
    * Do not hesitate to negotiate the price - Selling a property is not a cinch and every potential buyer would negotiate price. No doubt you must have set an asking price for your house, but if any potential buyer makes a realistic offer, it is good to consider it. Accepting any reasonable offer can actually save a great deal of your money and time.
So, give your property more exposure, using these smart tips and you would surely be able to sell it faster and that too at the desired price.

There are a lot of ways we can make food look a little more appetizing, but I bet you didn't think that using LED Lighting was one of them. Its no surprise that when it comes to selling products lighting plays a very important role by helping catch the customer's attention, but it isn't just jewellers and clothes stores that stand to benefit from a well placed bulb. Grocers now stand to capitalise on the dual benefits of LEDs in order to improve the aesthetic of their fruit and veg as well.
In the case of fruit and veg, the effectiveness of the lighting depends upon its ability to accurately replicate the true colour of sunlight, and LED Lighting is well placed to achieve this. Cool White bulbs closely mimic the colour of sunlight and have an uncanny way of making colours look a little more vibrant and exciting. For fruit and veg, which encompass nearly the entire colour spectrum, this is pretty much a "no brainer."
At least these are exactly the sentiments of Irish lighting firm Naulights. Their products are already making in-roads into the American retail market and they believe that the key to unlocking the potential of food is to use LED Lighting to accent their individual colours, whether it be red for meats or yellows, oranges and greens for fruit and veg. A representative for the company told Discovery News that "we're turning oranges into diamonds. We want to create a fabulous space, to get customers to feel like they are eating the food, tasting the food - all with lighting."
Retailers who have already adopted the technology are beginning to appreciate the appearance enhancing properties of LED Lights. According to the store director of Star Market in Chestnut Hill, which went LED in October 2009, "it really makes the food pop compared to a fluorescent light. A few customers commented saying the food looks more colourful that other stores."
So the next time you do your grocery shopping, if your food is looking a little more vibrant than usual, then you can probably guarantee that LED Lights are at work shedding a bit of light on the situation.
Of course, LED Lights aren't just for lighting in commercial situations. They can also be used to light up a home. The most practical solution are GU10 LED, which make use of the same fittings as standard halogen GU10s.
Peter Jenny is an experienced writer with a Masters Degree in Operations Management. Peter has a wealth of experience in the lighting industry and is keen to share his knowledge about upcoming products and new discussions around LED lighting. He is currently working as a Content Manager at Wholesale LED Lights, UK.
There is a huge variety of wireless speakers on the market today. It's almost impossible to not find what suits your needs. No matter what you need wireless speakers for this will help you find out what's right for you.
If space is a concern then wireless speakers are a great choice for almost any purpose. Wireless speakers remove a lot of the clutter that ordinary speakers cause. They are also not as overpriced as you may think. They are more difficult to shop for, but this is because you have to have speakers and a receiver.
The first thing you may want to consider is the wattage. If you plan on putting your speakers in a large room it is important to make sure they are loud enough. Wattage or RMS is what is used to measure the continuous loudness the speakers can handle. The maximum wattage is what the speakers can handle for only a short amount of time. To avoid any distortion you should make sure that the maximum wattage is much more than the RMS rating.
Another important factor to consider is the frequency response. The frequency response can determine the quality of the audio. There are benefits and disadvantages to every type of frequency, that is why it is important to know how you will be using your speakers before you decide to buy them.
If you are unfamiliar with THD it stands for total harmonic distortion. This tells you how much the audio will be distorted by the internal amplifier. The higher the wattage the less the audio distortion will be. If you increase the wattage beyond this point the audio will become very distorted.
If you get a high wattage speaker it is highly recommended to get a digital amplifier. This is because digital amps are much more efficient than analog amps. Digital amplifiers use harmonic distortion which allows them to produce louder sound, but allow for more distortion.
It is common for wireless speakers to have transducers which will require a crossover. Sometimes though you will find that each transducer will come with its own separate amp. This allows you to adjust the settings separately for each amp. This is only necessary if you are going to be picky about how your speakers sound.
The receiver, which should come with your wireless speakers, will also have a big impact on how your speakers sound. If sound quality is important, be sure to stay away from anything that transmits an analog signal. If you want good sound, stick to a digital receiver. Digital speakers do not compress audio which allows for great sound quality.

Are you wondering how to speed up your computer?
Unless your computer is obviously ancient, there's really no need to go out and buy a brand new computer. There's tons of simple maintenance tasks and hardware upgrades that you can do yourself within minutes that can get your system running as fast as possible. Here's how to speed up your computer right now with five of the most powerful methods listed below.
    1 - Upgrade the Operating System (32-bit or 64-bit)
It's always best to have the latest operating system edition installed on your computer to ensure you also have the latest security and speed improvements. All operating systems come in either 32-bit or 64-bit system types, and 64-bit system types allow a lot more room to add extra RAM as opposed to 32-bit system types which typically have a maximum RAM limit of 4GB. You may want to keep this in mind if you decide to add extra RAM to your computer later, a 64-bit operating system is the way to go.
2 - Add a Solid State Drive (SSD)
Some computers use a hard disk drive as the default storage device on the computer. Although hard disk drives work fine, solid state drives are much faster and more reliable. This is because solid state drives eliminate file fragmenting, they come without any moving parts such as spinning discs or a read/write head, and are the standard laptop drive size (2.5") fitting into both laptop and desktop computers.
A solid state drive can access and load data much faster because data is stored in one easy to access place as opposed to being stored in fragments with hard disk drives. With a solid state drive you'll never have to worry about defragmenting the hard drive ever again.
3 - Eliminate Unnecessary Startup Services
If you find yourself wondering how to speed up your computer as your system is starting up you may be able to reduce the startup time significantly by simply eliminating many unnecessary startup processes. You can do this by accessing your systems startup folder and removing processes that you don't need to run as soon as your computer starts. Keep in mind eliminating startup processes will not remove them entirely from your computer, but only prevent them from running as your system starts up which can tremendously slow down the startup time.
To quickly eliminate unnecessary startup services using Microsoft Windows, you can use the keyboard short 'Windows key + R' to launch Run, type in 'msconfig' and hit Enter to open the System Configuration Window, and finally select the Startup tab at the top. Uncheck any services in this list that you can safely identify as unnecessary. The more items that you can safely uncheck in this list, the faster your system will startup.
4 - Add Extra RAM (Random Access Memory)
Your system may be able to handle a lot more RAM then what's currently installed. If you're wondering how to speed up your computer because your system can't run lots of programs at once, adding more RAM may be the solution. The more RAM your computer has, the faster your system will run and the more programs you can run at once without any problems. Adding extra RAM to your computer or laptop is incredibly simple even if you've never worked with computer hardware before. No data is ever permanently stored on RAM allowing you to safely upgrade and replace existing RAM without any worries.
Before you can add additional RAM to your computer, you'll need to know exactly how much RAM your system can support. To quickly tell how much RAM your system currently has as well as the maximum RAM limit for your system, you can run the Crucial system scanner at http://www.crucial.com/systemscanner.
    5 - Re-install the Operating System
Sometimes completely re-installing the operating system is just what your system needs to regain its top performance. To do this you'll need an installation disk for your operating system. If you're going to completely erase all previous data and files and re-install the operating system, make sure that you first backup any important data before proceeding. If your computer is running slow because you have way to many junk files and too much clutter, it may be a great idea to save any important files and erase everything else by completely re-installing the operating system.

The simple way to increase your penis size can be achieved when you make use of a penis pump. The vacuum created by a penis pump can make the size of your penis to increase in diameter, length and girth as the case may be. The head of the penis will also become a bit bigger and the texture of your penis will be harder.
The way this method can be actualized is simple and I will describe it in an easy to understand manner for you so you can get the main gist. You will have to first of all buy a penis pump. It will not cost more than $50. An example of a penis pump which is very good for this purpose is the passion pump. When you have purchased it, the next step is to put what I am about to tell you into practice. The penis pump has a mouth-like hole in it. You will need to put your penis into the hole and apply pressure by pumping its trigger so the vacuum created by the passion pump will increase the length of your penis.
After this has been attained, simply take off your penis from the hole and use a cock-ring to retain the gained size. This is good when you want to have sex with your partner and you need a bigger penis size and hard erection. Remember not to leave the cock-ring on your penis for more than 30 minutes. You will be given a free cock-ring when you buy the passion pump. I suggest you should not fall for scams that claim you could increase your penis size using exercises. The penis is not a muscle and exercises can never increase your penis size, regardless of the claims that most are backed by medical doctors.
The second way to increase the diameter of your penis is by taking Vimax. Vimax is a herbal product which is used by men who wish to increase the size of their penis. It contains ingredients mixed together to ensure that your penis size grows bigger when you begin to take it. It is completely harmless and it contains no flavors or artificial ingredients. All it contains are natural herbs extract, so this should give you the confident that it will not harm your health in any manner. A lot of men have benefited from Vimax herbal supplement. You have to see how it works at vimax herbal supplement

Increasing penis size at home is possible without pills, pumps, hanging devices, creams, lotions, potions, or weights. I know because I tried all that stuff and it got me nowhere except frustrated and out of some serious time and money.
Luckily, before I gave up completely on enlarging my penis, I ran across an all-natural program that was backed by an eight week, 100% guarantee that I would gain significant size during that time period. It also took only six minutes per day, three to four days per week. Because the time commitment was so minimal and because I had nothing to lose, I decided to give it a try.
It was an amazing feeling finding something that actually worked. Seeing my penis get thicker within the first two weeks and then significantly longer and thicker within eight weeks was awesome! My girlfriend noticed too, and needless to say, she was even more pleased than I was!
Best of all, everything I gained is permanent. I don't have to do a maintenance routine or anything at all to keep my size. I now proudly measure in at over eight inches long and exactly six inches around!
If you want to experience results like mine, you need to start studying up on natural penis enlargement programs and find a proven, step-by-step one that suits your needs and goals. When you find one that is the best fit for you, make sure you follow it consistently and correctly and you will see fast results, I guarantee it. Eight weeks from today you will be looking down at a much longer, thicker, and more satisfying penis.
If you are ready to take action like I did and increase the size of your penis FAST, here is a link to the exact method I used to go from five-and-a-half inches to over eight inches:

This incredible step-by-step program is 100% GUARANTEED to give you the size you need to satisfy her EVERY time!

In this article we are going to take a look at how to increase penis size without pills or pumps. The simple truth is that the MOST effective male enlargement options are NOT those that involve any outside device or accoutrement to make happen. I believe, firmly, in the power of our own ANATOMIES to compliment and augment the male enhancement practice in ways that are MUCH more powerful that something you buy on TV at 2 am. Read on as I shed some additional light on what I believe is the absolute best way to build a stronger, longer and more powerful penis through the beauty of natural methods alone. Read on..:-)

    Categorized: Get a Grip
If you asked me 5 years ago what I believed my BEST hope to increase the size of my penis was, (which I was neurotically obsessed with back then) I would have told you it lied in the magic of ONE of the many pumps, pills, potions or lotions I was buying every week like I would NEVER run out of time or money. But none of them worked - and some of them left me with painful or embarrassing side effects and situations that FINALLY got me to say...enough, is ENOUGH!"
On a lark, I began reading some science on the actual physiology behind male enhancement exercises, and I bought a simple course that endeavored to teach me ALL of the tricks of the trade in short order. (no pun intended..:-) Not only did I see almost IMMEDIATE results, I simply couldn't believe how much time and money I had wasted on overpriced, overhyped nonsensical nothingness that ONLY grew the bank account of the company hocking the product. It was a revelation, and one that I've continued to practice happily ever after..:-)
The truth is, there is a veritable avalanche of male enhancement exercises that build girth, length, power and even are an invaluable tool for facilitating better sexual stamina and performance. (as several enlargement techniques are used for premature ejaculation and other sexual dysfunction) Simply getting a "grip" on your OWN size issues, and treating your penis growth just like ANY other area of your anatomy you wish to improve is the first step to FINALLY getting the physiology we ALL so desperately seek!
As with everything else in the Men's health domain, knowledge is POWER, and information is EVERYTHING!
And remember, with our modern day understanding of anatomy, and the variety of holistic, alternative, natural approaches to OPTIMIZING our bodies in all sorts of ways...it is now common practice for men everywhere, who know how - to systematically improve, build and increase our penis size and do it quickly.
The need for creams, hanging weights and other esoteric methods are not only strange and potentially dangerous - they are also finally completely obsolete and unnecessary.
So while they may be laughing at you behind your back...trust me, they won't be for long! Take a little bit of time and learn how your anatomy works, and how simple exercises and optimizations you can make, everyday can yield a RADICAL shift in your penis size without the worry I did...and it was the best decision I ever made!

Most men trying to enlarge their average penis size have given up with pills, traction devices, and don't even want to think about surgery. They want to know how to increase their penis size naturally so they don't have to worry about side effects and other risk factors associated with unnatural methods.
If you want to learn how to increase penis size naturally you need to learn how the penis is made up. The muscle cells within the penis are surrounded by thin layers of connective tissue. These layers are what restricts the muscle cells to expand and grow.
So in order to allow your penis to grow bigger you are going to need to stretch these connective tissues surrounding the cell to a larger size to allow growth. The human body is designed to grow and adapt to change through physical stimulation and exercise.
Your penis is no different from your body and will also adapt and grow through exercise. Even though your penis is not made up of muscle tissue like the body, it is made up of ligaments which attach it to the pubic bone. And these ligaments that make up your penis can be exercised just like any muscle in your body and forced to adapt and grow bigger.
So if you want to know how to increase penis size naturally, exercising the ligaments in your shaft is necessary. Moreover, your penis contains an erectile tissue which is responsible for your erections.
This erectile tissue is known as the corpora cavernosa, and it is a spongy tissue that holds blood spaces that increase in size when blood is pumped into it. By performing natural to stretching exercises regularly you will cause the blood spaces within the erectile tissue to improve it's ability to absorb additional blood, thus increasing your penis size naturally.
Natural penis exercises will stimulate and stretch the connective layers of the penis. After repeated exercise sessions you will permanently increase the size and strength of your penis each time exercises are performed on your penis.
This will force the cells that already exist in your penis to increase in size. After performing the exercise and resting your body will rebuild itself a little bigger and stronger.
You can easily have the penis you desire using these natural techniques. Don't settle for penis enlargement products that have more side effects than results.

We all have goals, hopes and dreams that we want to achieve in our life time, I know I certainly have, and I am sure that you have too. Are you willing to do what it takes for you to achieve your dreams, are you willing to sacrifice your free time to work hard on achieving your goals, are you willing to work hard at your job, and even harder on yourself to attain your goals?

No goal will be achieved without a decent level of commitment and an even bigger level of sheer hard work. That is the reason that so many people don't achieve their goals, hopes and dreams, because they do not want to put in the required hard work to turn their dreams into their reality.
Your dreams don't work unless you do, they will amount to nothing unless you do what is required to make them come true. You must work hard on your dreams, there is no substitute for hard work, there is no short cut that you can take that will omit hard work from the equation.

    Find Your Voice
Identify what you stand for as a brand & what issues you want to cover and solutions you provide. Really think about who your customers are, where you can find them and what type of message will appeal to them
    Claim Your Turf
Regardless what your neighbor's best friend's auto mechanic's grocer's 14 year old son told you, you do not need to be active on 12 different social media profiles to reach your customer. That said, you do need to make sure that you claim your vanity URL on the key social networks (Facebook, Google +, Pinterest, YouTube) before someone else does.
While you are at it, don't forget locational sites such as Foursquare and Yelp. Especially local businesses can see a positive impact from encouraging & responding to reviews.
    Determine Your Strategy
Now that you have a digital presence on one or more key site(s), it is time to determine which 2-3 sites will generate you the most bang the buck. If you really spent time on Step 1, this should be an easy decision for you.
Couple things to remember after you have selected your key sites:
    • Cross-share, cross-post & automate when it makes sense.

    • But do not let your Social sites become photo-copies of each other. People expect unique content, not a Google+ account that is simply a mirror image of your Facebook page.

    • Do not forget your web-site. For most businesses, their Social Media sites should be designed to build relationships & pull people to their webpage. A majority of conversions (or sales) should takes place on your site.

    • SEO in 2012 is not the same as it used to be - Social Activity counts for over 60% of your ranking. Especially if you hire someone to do your SEO, make sure they understand this.
    Listen and Respond
Did you know that over 60% of customers expect to hear from brands via social media and only 40% of brands respond to them? Social Media is all about a conversation: share, re-tweet, respond, engage in a dialog, recognize and thank your users. If you aren't participating in the conversation, your audience will gladly move to a competitor that is.
Additionally be aware of your surroundings: set up Google alerts for you, your brand, your industry and your competition. You may not see anything most of the time, but it only takes one unanswered bad comment to ruin a company's reputation
    Measure Your ROI
It is getting harder and harder to find brands that are not participating in the social activity. Everyone seems to have a Facebook page and Twitter account. That said, approximately 50% of brands are not sure about the ROI of social media. Which 50% are you in? Unless you are in the trenches of social media marketing, stick with what works without the expensive ticket price: Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite, & SocialMention will give you all you need to know about your social media campaigns.

If you want to make great progress in your life, you will have to consider the pursuit of strong efforts to step up. As sad as it may seem, having employment will not make you any richer. Though it may help you for daily sustenance, you will always be standing on the same ground. I'm not really certain what you could be planning for your future, but I definitely recommend you to start getting involved into real business and learning how you can turn yourself into a successful entrepreneur.
Why You Need To Be An Entrepreneu
So at the moment, you have a job, right? The question is, are you highly compensated for it? Do you love your job? If your answer to these questions would be a no-no, then it's time for you to make a good turnaround. Take note, an unlikeable job will give devastation to your soul and would only bound your income flow.
How You Can Become An Entrepreneur
So, how does one turn himself into an entrepreneur? Well, it's not like switching the monitor of your PC; you need to undergo a certain process all the way to it. The first thing you need to know is that you have to put a halt to lending an ear just to listen to your penniless, non-entrepreneurial associates every time they talk about the business industry, as well as the economy. You should know that there is a plethora of money making opportunities waiting to be opted to and there is not a single reason why someone like you shouldn't exert effort in taking a good slice of these opportunities.
Secondly, you need to start learning the three main fundamental business skills which is necessitated to be mastered by every entrepreneur. That would be the M.S.N., initials for Marketing, Selling, and Negotiating.
Whose Steps You Would Want To Follow
After conducting enough amount of research within the field of successful entrepreneurship, allow me to at least guide you. If smart and sensible marketing that will send money all the way to your bank savings account is what you're wanting to learn, the first gentleman that you can learn from would be Dan Kennedy who happens to be an effective sales letter master. If it's all about sales and you're relatively a newbie in selling or until now, you still don't have the liking for it as much as you want to, then a good recommendation as an introduction for you would be "How To Master The Art Of Selling" written by Tom Hopkins. After that, you must tend to go deeper throughout "Mastering Influence" written by Tony Robbins. As you may know, Tony is not "an", but "the" ultimate persuader. I'm not being biased here, but after learning from him, I would never want to go for anyone else. To top everything off, study the sciences of negotiating through Roger Dawson's book entitled "Secrets Of Power Negotiating." Trust me, it's definitely worth your read because it has the capability to unlock more doors of opportunities than anyone could ever think of.
Everybody wants a good life, or at least virtually everyone does. So if you want to become a successful man yourself, it's time to initiate on learning how to turn yourself into the ideal entrepreneur.

"We can learn to open our heart to all of it, to the pain, to the pleasures we have feared. In this we discover a remarkable truth: Much of spiritual life is self-acceptance, maybe all of it. Indeed, in accepting the songs of our life, we can begin to create for ourselves a much deeper and greater identity in which our heart holds all within a space of boundless compassion."
(Jack Kornfield, A Path with a Heart)
Most of us think that the cause of our suffering is outside of ourselves - our partners, our boss, our children, the government, the weather and much else besides but, if we learn to watch our minds very carefully, we begin to see that it is our minds that are the cause of most, if not all, of our suffering.
Our minds habitually want what we don't have and don't want what we do have. This happens thousands of times a day. You get up in the morning and you're not feeling very well and you feel irritated that you have a cold and that you have to go out. You wish that you were well and that you could stay at home. You get dressed and you dislike the fact that your clothes are feeling tight. You wish that you were a bit thinner. You go outside and the sky is grey and you feel disenchanted: "it's cloudy again!" You find yourself longing for blue skies and sunny days. Getting to your destination is taking longer than normal and it irks you. You wish that you didn't have to do this every week day.You feel irritated that you have to do some chores that you've been putting off. You would rather be on holiday. At some stage you log in to your computer and are presented with dozens of emails that you wish weren't there. You long for a pristine inbox. Later, at home, you find yourself angry with your partner. You wish they were a different in some way - more of a partner, more understanding, more loving, less distant, more responsible, not so critical, less needy, more able to work through issues with you, or whatever it is that you wish of them.
Over and over during each day we wish that things were different from the way they are. Occasionally, this is useful. Someone may treat us badly, for example, and so we feel angry and, as a result of this, we confront them and make it clear that we are no longer willing to be treated that way. This is helpful. Most of the time, however, we are simply causing ourselves to suffer without any obvious benefit. If the sky is grey, there's nothing we can do about it. At the moment of feeling the tight clothing, there is also nothing we can do about it except resolve to lose some weight. If we need to work or to take the children to school, this is what we need to do and we are not helping ourselves by being annoyed about it. Sometimes the commute will take longer than at other times. There's nothing we can do about that either. We can do certain things to reduce the number of emails in the future but we cannot, in an instant, do anything about the number sitting in our inbox. Part of learning to be kind to ourselves - of learning to really love ourselves - is learning to accept things the way they are (whilst resolving to change in the future those things that are wise and possible for us to change).
Yes, you may say: "That's all very well. I get it. We can't change anything in the present. I also get it that we can change some things in the future. I can also see that life would be a lot easier if we could just accept things, but it's not that easy to just accept things as they are!" And, you'd be quite right! Part of the reason for this is that when we are faced with something that we don't like, we tend to get into stories. "Why is it raining again? I just can't take the weather here. It makes me feel depressed. I need sun, lots of sun. That's just how I am. This place is ridiculous! Maybe I should take a holiday? I can't really afford to take another one before the end of the year. Bugger! This really pisses me off!" In this story we are doing what we so often do which is to look for a solution outside of ourselves and, if we are talking about the weather, this leaves us with two choices. We can undertake the mammoth task of moving to a sunnier place (and, if we have read the happiness research, we would know that this is not likely to make us feel any happier). Or, we could stay where we are with the weather as it is (and, without true acceptance, this would leave us feeling resentful, irritated and somewhat down).
But, there is another possibility and that is to turn inwards. A regular meditation practice helps enormously with this, enabling us to see the stories that our minds are generating faster than a printing press, to see the feelings that result and to really get curious about this whole process. If we do this, at some point we will begin to really see how self-defeating it all is. The weather is as the weather is! And, if we truly accept the fact, we will experience the immense value of true acceptance. With this acceptance comes a lightness, even a joy and we might even find ourselves laughing aloud at the sheer insanity of being angry at the weather.

If you watch romantic movies, you'd think that all happy couples do the following things: take romantic trips and vacations, tell each other hilarious jokes, cook gourmet meals together, and have sex several times a day. Of course, they never have to clean house.
Relationships in real life look quite a bit different. But the problems we face together in our daily lives actually help us create stronger relationships than all those "romantic weekends" from the movies. Here are 7 things you can do in your real life relationship to keep your love growing strong.
    1. Always Be Kind To Each Other
If you ever see a truly happy couple, you'll notice that they always treat each other with kindness. And we aren't just talking about things like helping with laundry or giving back rubs (while there's nothing wrong with that!).
Kindness means treating your partner with respect, even when you're arguing, and not saying hurtful or mean-spirited things. Those things hurt long after the argument is over, and can destroy a relationship.
    2. Remember The Value Of Communication
Communicating with each other is vital to the health of a relationship. Couples who know how to communicate tend to have much stronger partnerships.
It shouldn't be a surprise that couples who enjoy talking to each other have better relationship than those who don't.
If you need to work on communicating, try spending a few minutes talking - really talking - right before bedtime. Catch up on your day, talk about the kids, and make plans for tomorrow or the future.
    3. Go Out With Other Couples
Dates with your partner are lovely, but studies done back in 2010 at Wayne State University found that couples that spend time bonding with other couples actually strengthen their own relationships.
Spending quality time with other couples can help boost the intimacy in your own marriage or relationship. You'll become closer as a couple when you are affectionate with others.
    4. Be Open About Your Differences
No two people are exactly the same and all couples have their differences. You may think that these differences weaken your relationship.
But the truth is that differences are fine, as long as you know how to deal with them. Happy couples know to recognize their differences, not deny them, and look for ways to resolve their issues instead of pretending they don't exist.
    5. Equal Amounts Of Commitment
We often hear that couples must be "committed" to making a relationship work, and that's true to a certain extent. But problems arise when one partner feels more committed than the other.
The truth is that the amount of time and effort you put into making it work isn't nearly as important as both of you putting in the same effort.
Being happy doesn't always come from intense levels of commitment - but it does depend on a mutual effort.
    6. Don't Let Conflicts Become Confrontations
Arguments are going to happen; you should just consider it a given.
But the couples that are the happiest manage to keep conflicts small, and don't let them become ugly confrontations. They are able to use a softer touch when talking about difficult issues, and both are willing to give in if necessary.
    7. Focus On The Good Stuff
The happiest couples are much more likely to make positive comments to their partner than they are negative - even during an argument.
It can sometimes be hard to find the good in someone during a disagreement, but being able to do so creates much stronger bonds than focusing on the negative.
Do you often feel like you do not understand your man? Or are you single and have not been able to find Mr Right? Are you doing everything right on your first date with a hot guy?

It's no secret that I love children. They're sweet, adorable and... okay, maybe not all the time. But still, they're precious. I was observing one of my baby cousins a while back, and I was startled to hear him talk to me. Not in full, grammatically correct sentences or clear tones, no. He was teaching me through baby talk-non-verbal cues that can make a lot of sense if you're paying attention. I learned 5 things from him that day. Let me tell you about them.
First, I learned that if you want something, you have to cry (read: ask) for it. Uh, I guess that could mean writing a formal request, but in reality it usually means losing all your inhibitions and letting out a healthy, heartfelt howl. It's a sure way to get noticed, and if you do it long enough, you should get what you want. (Of course, it doesn't always work, but it usually does, under the right circumstances and with the right people).
Secondly, he taught me that if you don't get it right the first time, all you gotta do is try, try, try again. So what if I can't walk more than 2 1/2 steps right now? With practice, I'll walk 5! Yes, that's the baby way, alright. I'm not sure why we ever stopped approaching life that way. We'd certainly get a lot further with our pursuits.
Another thing I learned was that all things are best done in moderation. You really only need to drink so much milk as you can handle right now. The rest is not going anywhere, and even if it is, there's bound to be something better when you need it. Trying to cram it all in at once will only result in a tummy ache and an unstoppable return of the excess nourishment. Moral of the story? Greed doesn't pay.
This active baby had a fourth lesson point for me: don't hypocritically hug people you really can't stand. If you don't like someone, don't act as though they are your best buddy. That will backfire on your sooner or later. It's better you remain polite, but keep your physical and/or emotional distance. It's a more honest way, and perhaps it will spark a conversation in which you both can work out your differences... and THEN hug genuinely!
Last, but certainly not least, Baby Cousin taught me that it's quite okay to laugh at yourself. Everyone trips over their shoelaces-why blush? Just pick yourself up and laugh with the crowd. They'll fall in love with your humanness, and you'll feel more confident and comfortable with yourself. It's a much freer life when you don't take yourself oh-so-seriously.

If you have a rather intensive sweet tooth and are struggling to lose weight, sugar blocker gum can be the answer. When you eat foods that are high in fructose the way it breaks down in the body actually adds to your problems. It does not matter what form it is in, which is why it might be better to use a product that will simply stop the process altogether.
Any kind of glucose or fructose that is found in food has the unusual side effect of encouraging your body to stay hungry. You eat more because the chemical reaction that is taking place is signaling that you need to eat more. This process naturally creates a problem for anyone who is trying to take off the weight.
Even if you are exercising on a daily basis, the body's response to the chemical reaction is still causing a heavier than necessary appetite. This is often mistaken for a greater caloric need due to the increase in physical activity. Yet the more scientists discover about weight loss and the effects of glucose the more obvious it becomes that the real root of the problem lies in the inability to regulate the intake of food based on confused signals.
It may seem to make sense just to restrict the intake of all products that have this effect. There are, of course, different types and sources of sugar that can make this very difficult. You would have to restrict so much of the diet that you would also be restricting the intake of essential nutrients. Cane, corn based, and natural glucose can be found in a wide range of products. Each responds in the body the same way.
Naturally existing sources include fruits and some vegetables. Fruit, especially, can offer just as much as a bowl of ice cream or a sweet breakfast cereal. Once it has been ingested, the chemical turn over drives the body to continue to eat for a greater level of food metabolism.
The problem is when the sugar that has been eaten is metabolized it does not just burn off. It actually turns into fat. While it is different from saturated fat, the calories are not really the issue. It is the breakdown of the molecular structure of all forms of glucose that creates the fat. Getting rid of this extra fat while you are still taking in a wide range of sources simply does not work well.
By interrupting the process of absorbing any source as a nutrient and changing it over into fat you have the chance to continue to eat the foods that are necessary for good health while preventing the metabolized effect. Blocking the natural change over in the body helps to reduce the amount of fat that you are accumulating so that weight loss can happen.
Sugar blocker gum is a simple way to interrupt the process and give your body the chance to drop the weight. You will find that you are not as driven to eat more than you need and often will even notice times when you are not hungry at all at the times when you have consistently eaten in the past. Giving yourself the chance to succeed is a huge benefit to finding overall health and maintaining a healthier body weight.

Hebrews 11:6 "... he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
One of the major keys to living a blessed life is believing God wants to reward you. I know He is a rewarder because He has proven this to me over and over again in my own life.
You have to have the right image of God. If you believe He's out to get to you then you will never come to Him or trust Him or certainly never believe He is a rewarder and wants to bless you. I had the privilege of growing up with a loving earthly father so it's not hard to believe that my Heavenly Father is the same. It could be more difficult for someone who grew up with a harsh earthly father to believe that God loves them and wants to bless them. The key is to get to know Him. You get to know Him by spending time with Him in prayer and in His Word. (Romans 12:2) If you have a false view of God then find scriptures that talk about His love for you and meditate on them.
People say "I know God loves me", but do they really believe it? If you believe it then you can trust Him. When you believe He loves you, you can believe that He wants to bless you. When you are able to receive His love, you can receive everything else He wants to give you. When you know He loves you, you can trust Him in the wilderness because you know there is a promise land on the other side.
Revelation 4:11 says "for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created." You were created for His pleasure and your purpose can be found in Him. You will never truly be fulfilled outside of Him. He is longing for you and longs to be gracious to you. (Isaiah 30:18)
He is a loving God (1 John 4:16) - so much more than you can imagine and He wants to lavish that love out on you. If your view of God is skewed because of a bad relationship or events that happened in your life, I challenge you to go to the Word and let the Holy Spirit reveal the Father to you. (John 16:13,14; Ephesians 2:18)
He wants nothing more than to fellowship with you, pour His love on you, and dump His blessings into your life. When you get a revelation of how much God loves you, your life will never be the same.

They say that patience is a virtue and - at least sometimes - they are right about that. But what happens when you seem to fly off the handle at the slightest provocation? Here are some simple ways to help you to increase your patience.
Work out what's causing your impatience
That may sound obvious and even simplistic. But if it was, you probably wouldn't be as impatient!
So take a step back, physically or mentally, and do your best to work out what's bugging you.
    Then decide what to do!
If it's fixable - like oiling a wheel - then fix it or pay someone to carry out the deed.
If it doesn't involve something mechanical then you need to figure out whether there's a way round the problem. Some things such as surly teenagers aren't easy to fix but a lot of other things just need both sides of the problem to sit down and talk it over.
    Adjust your attitude
Difficult as it is to believe, it could be your attitude that's causing the problem that, in turn, is causing you to lose your patience.
Often all it takes is a slight shift in attitude. Or even just an occasional smile or "thank you".
If you're struggling to work out what needs to change then enlist the help of a trusted friend, someone who will tell you the truth and won't pull any punches.
Then play around with a few things, even if something like smiling when you meet that person feels alien to you at the moment.
    Keep a journal or blog
Yikes! The thought of writing down whatever makes you irritated probably winds you up as well.
But getting things out into the open is often the best way of clearing them up.
And taking the time to crystalize your thoughts is definitely worth doing. Because it will help to diffuse whatever it is that is irritating you in the first place. There's something cold about the written word that makes some of the dafter ideas look even more stupid than they are.
    Give yourself a rest
Taking a break is an excellent way to let your irritability decline.
Whether the break is for a few seconds, a few minutes or longer.
The mere fact of interrupting the pattern you were running that made you irritable could be enough to allow you to calm down. Failing that, walking away from the situation may be another good way if the situation permits.
Work out the best way that you can do this in the various situations where you find yourself losing your patience and then apply them as best you can.
    Detach yourself from the situation
This is another art that is worth learning.
It's actually an NLP technique called dissociation if you want to read up more about it but, in essence, you visualize yourself as a casual observer rather than participating in the scene.

When it comes to racket based games everyone knows that one of the most crucial offenses is a good defense. That's why when you are truly trying to win a game- you have to make sure that you do the best when it comes your turn to serve.
A solid serve can help to ensure that you don't have to end up defending yourself when it comes time to truly play the game. One of the tricks to a good serve is to make sure that you are completely aware of the service rules and can adhere to them. Service errors are costly and in a game like badminton where anything can happen, you want to make sure you are leading during your service and not defending. Here are some of the crucial service rules that you will have to follow in badminton.
    1. Don't delay - The service form in badminton consists of a position where you raise your back foot. The moment your back foot is raised you cannot go back and forth but have to serve immediately. Failure to do so will result in the point being awarded to the other side
    2. Positioning - Service in both badminton and tennis involves both players being on the opposite diagonal side of the court. If you serve right in front of your opponent, the point will again be given to your opponent. Positioning is also important in doubles badminton. In the case of doubles badminton you cannot block the view of your opponent to the server. In addition, both feet must be touching the court
    3. Racket rules - In badminton it is required that the racket hit the bottom or base of the shuttle cock. It is also important to note that the racket shaft only be pointing downward. This means that the head of the racket must be pointing upward. It is also important to remember that during a service the racket only starts from the back and continues forward. You cannot move the racket back and forth once it starts to move forward.
    4. Shuttle cock rules - During service the shuttle cock must always be below the waist of the person serving. In addition, during service, the shuttle cock should never be hit in a downwards motion but always in an upward one to end up on the other side of the court. Missing the shuttlecock during service is considered a point for the other side and a service error for the server
    5. Etiquette - The server shall not make an attempt to serve if the opponent isn't ready. However, should the opponent try to hit the serve, it will be considered a good service.
Service rules are created to ensure that there is always an element of defending your side during the badminton game. Ensuring that you have a solid serve means that just about half the battle of the game is in your favor. Of course, this is also dependent on how good your opponent's service is and how good their return is.

Change is inevitable! We experience change at some level every day. It may be as small as using a new coffee cup to as big as changing jobs. Regardless of the size or intensity of the change, we have all established coping strategies. We probably all know people who struggle with the smallest of changes, and we may know people who fly through life as if they hardly notice the changes. Why do people cope differently? It's because as individuals, we all develop strategies for getting through life. We have decision-making strategies, coping strategies, and adjustment strategies. Our strategies are developed very early on in life and are the result of our perceptions of the world. It's well-known that young children are able to thrive in some of the worst conditions if their caregivers are thriving. Children who tend to be reactive, often have one or more caregiver who is reactive. The good news is that although our strategies are pretty well ingrained, we do not have to be held hostage to them. We CAN change. In this article, I'll take you through some practical steps you can use to not only learn how to survive major life changes, but to thrive during them by understanding your decision-making strategy.
    Identify Your Strategies
Since all of our behaviors are the outcome of our perceptions, the best place to start when trying to identify your strategies is with your sensory system. In the field of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) our primary senses (seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling and tasting) are called modalities. For our purposes here, we will focus on the three major modalities that are most influential in the development of strategies. They are the Visual (seeing), Auditory (hearing), and Kinesthetic (feeling) modalities. To illustrate how you use modalities as part of your decision-making strategy, consider the following scenario and fill in the blanks with the answer most appropriate to you. The words you will use to fill in the blanks are: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic and Auditory Digital (Ad=self-talk).
You go to your favorite store to purchase some shoes. You know what type of shoes you want to buy. They are (tennis shoes, dress shoes, casual dress shoes, etc.). Upon walking in to the store, you head directly to the shoe department. The first thing you do when you get there is to (Look, Listen, Touch, or talk to yourself). After you've found the pair of shoes you think you like, you (touch them/ try them on, or ask yourself if they meet the criteria you were looking for in a shoe). At this point, you might be ready to pay for the shoes, or you might decide to continue looking (this will happen if the shoes you chose don't fit your criteria or don't fit right). Once you find another potential pair of shoes, you repeat the above step (touch them/ try them on or ask yourself if they meet the criteria you were looking for in a shoe).
There are a few possible decision-making strategies that could emerge from the above example.
    • You look for the type of shoes you're interested in buying (Visual)
    • After you find a pair, you try them on (Kinesthetic)
    • You ask yourself if they meet your needs (Auditory Digital)
Some of the possible strategy patterns could be:
    • V -> K
    • V -> Ad
    • V -> K -> Ad
    • V ->Ad -> K
Can you find your pattern? If you think of other scenarios where you have to make decisions, you'll probably find you use the same strategy over and over.
    Decide to Make a Change
Now that you know your primary decision-making strategy, you should be enlightened about how you make more important decisions in your life besides buying shoes. Generally speaking, your strategy will be the same. Consider a situation in which you are looking for a new job. You might see a job posting or advertisement that represents the type of job in which you are interested (Visual). After reading the job description, you might either ask yourself if it feels right (Kinesthetic), or sounds good (Auditory) or ask yourself if the requirements and your responsibilities meet your criteria for the type of job you want (Auditory Digital).
Keep in mind-no one strategy is correct! Your strategy is the one that has worked for you. If, for some reason, it doesn't work for you, there is always the option of changing it. This won't happen over night, but it is possible. Think about someone who is a compulsive shopper. Maybe their strategy is to go to the store, see things they like (V) and buy. Other levels could be added to the decision-making/ buying process to help them be less compulsive. Note: Before you take this step, make sure you have permission from the person you are accompanying. Giving unwanted input could destroy a relationship. It's that powerful! If you have permission, you can add a step to their buying strategy by inputting the question: Do you need that? every time they pick something up to add to the shopping cart. By doing so, you're adding an Auditory Digital component (in this case it's not yet self-talk) to their strategy. Eventually, the compulsive shopper will start asking themselves the question in the form of self-talk, thereby changing their buying strategy to V -> Ad. Consequently, they will be less likely to succumb to spontaneous buying.
Similarly, if you believe your decision-making strategy has been less effective than you'd like, you can change your strategy by consciously adding or deleting modalities to your strategy. Eventually, your unconscious will take over and your strategy will change to one you believe is more effective.
Making Decisions about Major Life Changes
Making decisions about major life changes are the ones that cause us the most stress. The majority of the stress comes from not trusting ourselves and having a fear of the unknown. While these are certainly legitimate concerns, the root cause of the stress probably stems from an internal conflict regarding whether or not you're making the right decision. Sometimes being aware of your decision-making strategy is enough to provide you with the added insight you need when making decisions about major life changes, or when major life changes occur that are not the result of a choice you made consciously. However, there are times when knowing your strategy isn't enough and you feel like you're left sitting on a fence. The to do or not to do dilemma can produce a very uncomfortable feeling. The what ifs can cause major stress, which sometimes trigger secondary reactions like depression and anxiety.
    Get Your Parts Together
When you feel like you're sitting on a fence, it's usually because a part of you feels one way and another part of you feels another way. The only was to get off the fence and make a decision you can live with, especially if it involves a major life change, is to get your parts together.
Getting your parts together is easier than it sounds, but it involves some serious reflection. In NLP, we use a technique known as parts integration to help clients do just that. Although it is a technique you can do on your own, it's much easier if someone you trust will work with you.
    Start by identifying the problem:
Part of me wants to do [blank], and part of me wants to do [blank].
Hold your hands out in front of you, and have the parts come out on your hands by associating them with something you can see, hear and feel.
Then do the same with the other part on the other hand.
The next step is to do what we call, chunking up. This means you go from concrete to abstract. Here's an example a client recently experienced: Part of me wants to move to [blank] and part of me doesn't. To guide the chunking up process, ask yourself, or better yet, have someone ask you, "for what purpose," or "for what intention." So, for instance, you'd say: For what purpose do you want to move to [blank]. Keep repeating these statements until you chunk high enough and you'll find that the purpose for each part is the same. In the case of my client, she discovered that the root cause of the problem (whether to move or not) was a feeling of guilt. Once the parts were integrated, she was able to make a decision about whether to move or not.
Parts Integration is a very effective technique. It does take some practice and is usually more successful if done with assistance. Identifying your decision-making strategy is quite easy, however, and can be a very powerful tool you can use in most any situation in which you are looking at making major life changes. When used together, you can not only survive major life changes, you can thrive during them.

Imagine the terror. You try to suck in breath, but nothing is getting into your lungs. Your bronchial tubes have closed off access to your lungs. If you do not do something within just moments, you will lose consciousness. You could wind up with heart disease or brain damage due to oxygen deprivation. You could die. You are alone. You can't call out for help because you have to have breath to have a voice. You fumble and finally bring your inhaler to your mouth. Two quick bursts of the medicine and you can immediately feel the bronchial tubes opening, letting breath and much-needed oxygen into your lungs. You are safe until the next time you encounter a trigger for your asthma.
Triggers are usually things that would not bother other people, but can take an asthmatic to the brink of death. A majority of asthma sufferers are children. Their parents live in fear that their child will not be able to get their inhaler in time. It's important for them to be aware of all of the possible triggers to which their child is susceptible. Asthma triggers in children are as individual as children themselves. It's a long arduous effort of hit and miss testing for doctors to learn what triggers will send each child into an asthma attack.
Some of the most common asthma triggers in children are:
    1. The common cold - Yes, catching a cold which is, generally speaking, a respiratory infection often triggers an asthma attack in children. It's bad enough for a child to be sick with a cold, coughing, sneezing, congestion, and then on top of that... asthma!

    2. Smoke - You don't usually have to warn asthmatics not to smoke. But sometimes their parents need to be reminded what breathing second-hand smoke does to an asthmatic.

    3. Medications, such as aspirin - That's right, even something as beneficial to many people's health as aspirin can send an asthmatic into a severe attack. This is, perhaps, the most surprising in a list of asthma triggers in children. Asthmatics must be careful with medications they take, especially over-the-counter drugs.

    4. Prolonged laughing or crying- Can you imagine what asthmatic children must have to do to reign in their emotions because of the fear of laughing or crying could make them unable to breathe? Without strong emotional reactions like these, life can be rather bland. Parents often overly-shelter their asthmatic children. They tend to live rather secluded and asocial childhoods, unable to do so many of the things other kids do.

    5. Cooking fumes- While many of us enjoy coming into a kitchen filled with the wonderful aroma of our favorite foods cooking, asthmatic children cannot usually take that chance. The smell of certain foods can trigger an asthma attack. Because they don't know what could trigger an attack, they just need to stay away from the kitchen. That would be very hard for some of us!
There could be an endless list of asthma triggers in children. These are just five examples of ones you might not have expected.

Habit is an acquired pattern of behavior that often occurs automatically. Some habits are good and some bad. It is often the bad ones that we should be aware of and try to resolve.
The inherent problem is that bad habits are part of our system and hence people are not even aware that they have a particular bad habit (unless it's a social bad habit like smoking or drinking).
Over the years your parents, spouse and people who care for you will always point your bad habits so that you improve. But what if you wanted to discover your bad habits yourself? This article will give you practical tips on how to discover and improve your bad habit.
So, how do you discover these bad habits within your system? How to you understand what is bad for you?
Following are the tips to discover bad habits
    1. Ask your friends to help you
This is an easiest way to determine a list of your bad habits. Circulate a sheet of paper to your friends and ask them to anonymously write the bad habits or something that they think you should change. Also ask them why you should change or an instance when you did something wrong.
Review their notes and compile them into one list. This is an important step as it gives you one master list to work on. Be careful as you may want to first identify whether or not it genuinely is a problem or bad habit. You may also want to identify if some of the points provided was a one-off case. Strike off those habits that you feel is irrelevant.
At this stage you should have a good number of habits to work on and improve.
    2. Make notes of an ideal person that you want to be
You need to give a lot of thought on this one. It could take days or weeks to come up with a definition of an ideal person that you desire to be. The easiest way is to relate yourself with some of the most successful people that you know of. Do a bit of research on them. Identify their strengths and habits. Ideally preparing a list of good habits from 2 - 3 good people would help you derive a list of 10 - 15 good habits that you should inculcate. These people could be your parents, relatives, friends, etc.
Set time for yourself and work on this list. Once you have finalized on a list of good habits that you want to develop; compare it with the list of habits that you already have and strike them out.
The remaining items on the list should serve as a guide to check if you do the opposite of what is mentioned in that remaining list. E.g. if the list contains a habit "Good Time Manager", check with yourself it you waste time.
4 Steps on how to improve your bad habits
    1. Prioritize your list
With a ready to refer list in hand based on the tips mentioned above, you should prioritize the habits that you should improve first. E.g. if your list contains bad habits like, wasting time and bad eating habits; then improving on your time management skills should be taken up first and then improving bad eating habits. Though there are some bad habits that you could improve in parallels, but it is advisable that you improve one step at a time.
    2. Schedule the plan for improvement
Set a timeline for improving a particular habit. Setting a timeline does not mean that you should give yourself a vague time like 1 month or 6 months. Give yourself a date to improve. Make a promise to yourself. If you think that something will take you 6 months to achieve; give yourself that much time and set a date.
    3. Prepare and Carry a Habit Breaker Card
Prepare and carry a habit breaker card in your wallet. The card should be the size of a Credit Card or Playing Card. On one side of the card mention the habit that you want to break and on the other side mention the date by which you wish to achieve it.
Every morning, evening and night you should look at this card and visualize within your mind that you have come out of this habit. Visualize the benefits of eradicating the bad habit; visualize in complete details.
    4. Monitor your improvement
Keep monitoring your improvement. The practice of staying far off from the bad habit is maintained for the first 3 - 4 days with ease. The problem starts after that. Read the last section to understand how to cope with a situation when you get drawn towards temptations. Make a note of the number of times you have deviated from your actual plan of improvement and at the end of the week evaluate the situation. If you feel that you have done reasonably well then give yourself a small reward in the form of chocolates or something that you like.
    Tips on dealing with temptations
Temptations will come and go; remaining calm at that time will help. The reason why we have temptations is because your body is comfortable with that behavior. As a human, accepting a new way of working is a bit difficult and hence you get "temptation attacks".
So, how do you deal with it? Relax and close your eyes during such times. Compose yourself and take a deep breath. Visualize yourself improving and enjoy that visualization. Once you feel a bit relaxed; locate your Habit Breaker Card. Read the habit over and over again and check the date by which you want to achieve it. This should motivate you.
Miscellaneous tips on improving bad habits
    1. Use affirmations to deal with bad habits
Affirmations can be very useful to deal with bad habits. Affirmations have a magical impact on the way you start looking and believing things.
    2. Hypnosis
If all that you try does not help you get out of a bad habit; then consider using hypnosis as a remedy to cure your bad habits. This should however be the last resort.
    3. Allow someone to monitor you
This works well with a spouse or a parent. Seek help from them and ask them to monitor you. Allow them to scold you or criticize you when they see you committing a bad habit. Be receptive towards their show of care for you. Don't feel bad when they actually do criticize.
    4. Motivate yourself
Find a reason why you wish to break a habit and keep motivating yourself.
    Habit Quotes
    Desiderius Erasmus:
A nail is driven out by another nail. Habit is overcome by habit.
    Francis Bacon:
Choose the life that is most useful, and habit will make it the most agreeable.
    Ancient Proverb:
Good habits result from resisting temptation.
    Nathaniel Emmons:
Habit is either the best of servants or the worst of masters.
    Mark Twain:
Habit is habit and not to be flung out of the window by any man, but coaxed downstairs a step at a time.
    Conclusion:
First we form habits, then they form us. Conquer your bad habits or they will conquer you. Set yourself a goal and achieve it.

    How to protect your property?
One of the easiest way is to lock your whenever valuable things into a safe. The safe is a strong metal box which is protected by a lock. Safes are attached to a firm location and carrying it away is made impossible.
Buying the safe into your home or office is a wise investment. Especially for those who own valuable assets and documents which are easy to carry from one place to other.
    Safety box or safe?
Choosing between safe and safety box, you must first think for what it is needed. You might also consider the needs of growth and appropriate price. Safe box do not have a burglary class certification. On the contrary, safe does.
Safety box and safe can be distinguished by weight also. In most cases, the proper safe weights a lot and is anchored to the floor. The safe is locked on two to four sides, while safe box is locked on one side. Safe's locking mechanism is deep inside the door, so the keys are more than 13 cm in length. In order to open the door, thief has to get enough time, skills, and special tools.
To lock the safes, you can use key lock, mechanical or electronic code lock. For a greater protection, you can use two locks at the same time.
What to keep in the safe?
In your safe you can keep different items, which have any material, or emotional value. For example, jewellery, coin collections, keys, watches, documents and cash are suitable to keep in the safe. You can also keep there some electronic devices, such as laptop and video camera.
How to choose a suitable safe?
There are many types of safes. For the best protection, you should acquire it according to your needs. Hereby, we can speak widely about safe's peculiarities, construction, breaking resistance, and fire protection. There are plenty of information about that in Internet. However, two main criteria are value of assets in euros, and need for fire resistance.
If your assets do not have higher value than 500 €, and must be protected from rapid theft, you should use simple safety boxes. But if you store more valuable things, such as a large amount of cash, you should think about certified safes. Those kinds of safes are equipped with a good lock and have special protection against drilling. According to its security class, quality safes are usually equipped with theft insurance.
Your property can be protected from the fire, also. There are different types of fire-resistant safes. According to the fire protection class, the content of the safe will be protected from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Acquiring this type of safe, you should take into consideration its location.
It is reasonable to analyse how many combustible materials are surrounding the safe. In addition, you should know how far is nearest fire brigade. If you are living in the rural area, your safe should have a higher fire-resistance than those, which are held in city apartment.
You should remember that during the fire the temperature reaches 100 degrees. In this case, documents are safe, but high temperature ruins floppy disks and film negatives. Because of that, you should also buy a separate databox. Media storage locker, or datasafe, is much cheaper than the safe, but gives a full protection against 1000 degrees.
Whatever you choose, the most important thing is that the safe is properly fastened. Each safe has got the anchor bolts, which fasten the safe properly to a solid surface.
    Where to install the safe?
Safe must fit whenever you are planning to install it. That is why safes outer dimensions are important. If you have got a plenty of room, you should choose safe according to its internal dimensions. Safes internal dimensions are important because the items, which you are planning to keep in the safe, must fit into.
In addition, while choosing the right place for the safe, you should take into consideration the ease of use and strange glances. Safe is an object, which is often in use, so there is no point to install it somewhere uncomfortable. Otherwise, valuable items may remain neglected. For example, jewellery, which is kept in a drawer, is in a danger of disappearing. It is also true about home electronics and photographic equipment.
The location of the safe must be protected from the eyes of strangers. For example, in a situation where the workman comes to get the salary, a visible safe reveals one of the main security requirements - secrecy. The workman could not be the danger, but while chatting with the other, the information may reach the wrong ears. When a thief knows what to expect, he is much more prepared for the theft.
    The weakest link
Security of your property depends on the weakest link in the chain. Do not leave your safe keys in a place where they are easy to find. Exchange your code lock from time to time. Do not use easily assumed numbers, such as a date of birth, a straight line - 1234, 2580, 0000 or a game of corners - 1397. Those are easily guessed. You should also take into account that with time, selecting the code leaves a mark on the code panel.
Theft could also be committed by your acquaintances. Thieves may be your children as well as their friends. You can never be sure who are at your home with your children, and what they are doing. 100 euros lying on the cabinet, or in a drawer, could be an easy catch for a youngster who might not have planned the theft.
    Insurance for your lifetime
If you buy a safe once, you can use it for a lifetime. There are some 100-year-old safes, which are still in use. Those don't always have the high security and fire protection. Nevertheless, they are suitable and have an exclusive design.
Safes price reflects its purpose. The more expensive the safe is the better are the security and fire protection. If you currently lack the funds to obtain a safe with higher security, you should buy something simpler. You should certainly examine that your safe meets the current needs and usability. If your needs are growing and funds are increasing, you can always buy another, more secure safe.
While you have two safes, you can place your rarely used items into more secure safe. Things, which are often in use, could be placed into simpler and more comfortable safe.
Every day, people who are theft victims, come to us with their problem. Most of the valuable items are associated with emotions, and the damage cannot be restored. Late wisdom does not bring back precious things. That is why we recommend you to take action before it is too late.
