How do you develop self-confidence when you feel that you have none? Can you picture the day when you feel really good about yourself? How will you feel? How will you speak? What will you look like? The tips I will share with you will help you get you closer to that day. Everything I will share with you in this article I have learned and used to build my self-confidence.
The benefits of self-confidence are many: your social life, your career, your relationships will all become better. Why? When you possess self-confidence people will see you as different, because they energy that you give out will be different.
Think about someone you know who exhibits self-confidence. Think about the energy they give off. Self-confidence is attractive, people like to be around those who possess it, they give off a charisma. The tips I will share with you will help you be that person. There are 3 components to becoming self-confident: Your thought life, your speech and your actions
Self-confident people say, "I can" If they see a problem they think, "How can I solve this?" Self-confident people possess a positive thought life; they see the plusses and not the negative. They have an 'I can' attitude and not an 'I can't' attitude. So the first thing for you to do is to change your mentality.
A way for you to do this is in the morning while showering and getting ready is to recite positive affirmations to yourself. Examples such as "I am self-confident", "I can do... "Think of what you want to be able to do, it may be something you have to do that day. You should repeat these affirmations about 5-10 times. Other things you can affirm about yourself are the qualities you possess: I am kind, I am a good listener, I am intelligent; whatever you are.
Every day you should use positive affirmations. Make it a habit to do it in the morning. As you do this, you will begin to see a change in how you think, as you encourage your mind to think differently, as you sow seeds of positivity.
The second aspect is how you speak. I'm going to give you some do not's. Do not always apologise for everything. Here is what I mean, you don't have to apologise for not being able to do something for someone. If a friend says, "Hey, can you help me move house on Saturday?" but you've already got plans, you don't have to apologise. It is acceptable to say, "I already have plans on Saturday." One think you could do in this situation is offer an alternative, "Do you need any help Friday night or Sunday?"
Another "Do Not" I'd like to share is the use of the sound 'errrr' when you speak. A lot of people say "Errrr" between thoughts to show that they are thinking, but what it does is make them sound unsure or unprepared, or just plain unintelligent.
It is a habit that you need to break if you do it. If you need time to think, say to the person you are speaking with, "Let me just think." They then know why you are going quiet for a moment. Allowing yourself to having a moment's pause also allows you to formulate your thoughts to make sure you are saying the right, intelligent and confident words.
How we carry our self tells others a lot about our state of mind. We don't always think about what message we are sending, but it is very important. We all subconsciously send and read body language all the time.
When you walk you should always look up, not down at the floor. When we look down to the floor we are giving a message that we aren't confident, that we aren't open to talking with them. You should push your shoulders back and hold your stomach in. This will create a positive state of mind and it gives the message to others that you are self-confident, even if you aren't.
These are a few simple strategies for you to use starting today. Remember confidence starts in your mind and shows through your speech and actions. Growing in self-confidence is a journey and what I've shared with you is just a start. I wish you all the best as you grow in self-confidence.

I like riding my bike - it coincidentally keeps me in shape. I
call it moving meditation, whilst keeping semi-alertness in the
relentless traffic. I also like to go jogging with my dog Max, or is it
the other way round? I watch him jump over the oncoming apartment
Chihuahua's snapping their jaws; out for their hours release in the park
with a graceful leap reminding me of Bambi.
When I'm in need of a tune up or an overall balance I take my friend Patty's Kundalini Yoga class. It's my little bit of mind, body and soul nourishment relaying the body is a temple and to look after it.
That's enough about me. How do you look after your wellbeing?
From Pilates, yoga, Tai Chi, gym memberships, aerobics, swimming or taking your dog for a walk - we are spoiled for choice. Once you create a space that allows you to exercise and have fun at the same time, I doubt you'll stop after your first few sessions. Exercise increases your serotonin, making you feel good and you'll look good too.
Feeling unmotivated? Here are some tips...
Learn to love your body now
As a bold antidote to our conception of 'keeping our bodies healthy' we need to re-think our relationship with our bodies. Misconceptions about what the body is and what it should be can result in insecurity, for example how our body shape don't fit the mold projected within the current media. Every-body is perfect. In the western world the 1950's were big on curves and the 1990's stick thin. Don't let society dictate how you should look, work with what you have and learn to love body. We're lucky we have a choice.
The fun side of exercise
It's possible to keep your body healthy with your regular routine: gardening, stair climbing, walking your dog or cycling from home to work - even jogging with your baby in a pram - it's vast. With a little creativity you can turn everyday tasks to enhance your fitness and routine.
Each month, try a different activity that takes at least an hour to finish. There are plenty to choose from: yoga, Pilates, contact sports or dancing. Can't find something that keeps you interested? Recall your childhood. Did you play tag and run around the park a lot? Were you an adrenaline junkie used to climbing trees and bouncing off the trampoline? Maybe you rode bikes or roller skates?
Finding your groove
Try keeping a regular fitness routine for a while, twice a week go for a jog at a similar time. Wake up earlier and go for a long walk before work - take your neighbours dog if you don't have one. Find a yoga studio close by and join a weekly class. For a big dose of motivation and a change of life find a retreat.
Really you have nothing to lose and your fitness to gain.
Do you have any tips on what keeps your body motivated?

“I will get married soon. It is in the pipeline. I believe in the institution of marriage.” - Sushmita Sen
Sushmita Sen recently stated that she is looking to get married soon.
Many of her male and female fans from all over the country are already showering "congrats" and "blessing" upon her.
What makes me laugh is at the irony of how hypocrite the society is.
Just because she is such a famous person everyone is praising her.
But what about the "traditional Indian marriage guidelines" she has broken-
1. She has been involved in relationships before marriage.
2. Obviously she is no Virgin.
3. She has 2 adopted daughters. So she is a mother even before marriage.
4. She has battled psychological problems like weight gain and depression.
5. She has exposed enough for thousands of men to have fantasized about her.
Had "normal girl" done any 2 of these, people would be labeling her with names ranging from "characterless" to "mad". And labelled her unfit for marriage.
Sushmita Sen is an example of modern indian woman... but the big question is Indian society ready to accept the concept of "modern indian woman" rather than just accepting Sushmita Sen.

How many times each day do you try to work yourself up to tackle some undesirable task?
Nothing is more exhausting than the task that is never started.
Here are simple tricks to help you battle the monster of procrastination.
1. Visualization - Positive Stress.
Many times you don't feel the rush to
work until you are not pressurized. Visualization is a powerful
technique that helps you imagine the end-line much before than it has
arrived. This creates positive stress that leads to increased
performance.
2. Ask for help.
Why is this so hard? Because you want to shield your failure under a carpet.
Whenever you are having trouble getting
started or not knowing what to do, ask for help and you'll be amazed how
much it helps to clear confusion.
3. Remember that most decisions don’t require extensive research
The more you research, the more confused
you get. Decisions may go wrong even with the best of researches...
don't fear failure... fear inaction.
4. Take a baby step... Right or Wrong?
Many patients I meet fall into the trap of "baby steps".. They try to accomplish one small task a day and for the next three days are sitting idle.. They rationalize it by saying they are taking baby steps while trying to win over procrastination...
Take baby steps, if you are ready to be a baby... a baby is restless to wake up and try again and again..

5. The Thoughts of Failure are short-lived.
Thoughts of failure last only 15-20min after starting a work... So start, and soon you will see the thoughts disappear.
6. Morning - Evening Trap....Do it now?
Many of my patients with procrastination fall into the trap of delaying things a few hours.
Morning becomes afternoon.. Afternoon becomes Evening... Evening becomes Night.. and then guilt takes over...
Do it now!!!!
There is no other way.
7. Why take the mental load?
People feel nice in spending hours thinking... Right or wrong.. yes or no... questions and answers...
Till you don't teach your mind to be silent you will never understand the power of the present.
8. Pay attention to the amount of time you spend working on tasks you dislike.
Give a pat on your back for everytime you complete a disliked task faster than last time. You are getting good at it.
You can keep a diary.. and when you have
done 3 disliked tasks faster than before, you can treat yourself to a
coffee, a cigrate, a drink or good food.

1. Monounsaturated fats: Replacing carbohydrates in your diet with
monounsaturated fats will help you slim down by shuttling fat away from
your midsection
Where to get it: Avocados, Macadamia nuts, and olive oil are great sources of monounsaturated fats. They also come packaged with great nutrients such as antioxidants (in olive oil), fiber (in avocado), and B-vitamins (in macadamia nuts).
2. EGCG: EGCG or Epigallocatechin gallate is an antioxidant found in green tea (and put in most weight-loss supplements available today). EGCG can increase thermogenesis or heat production through extra calorie burning and the use of stored fat as energy. Some research also shows that EGCG can stop the growth of new fat cells.
Where to get it: The greatest weight loss effects of EGCG are seen when combined with caffeine, as it naturally occurs in green tea.
3. Raspberry ketones: Raspberry ketones are an antioxidant found in raspberries that preliminary research shows have some interesting fat loss effects. Raspberry ketones can increase the production of the muscle-energizing, fat-burning hormone adiponectin as well as directly increasing the burning of stored fat.
Where to get it: You can't come close to getting enough raspberry ketones via eating raspberries so to reap these benefits you'll need to take a concentrated raspberry ketone supplement (they are inexpensive and available at more health food stores). Keep an eye out for more about raspberry ketones and weight loss as new research gets published.
4. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): Docosahexaenoic acid or DHA is one of the two omega-3 fats found in oily fish like salmon. DHA can stop growth of young fat cells and actually causes them to die, says research published in the Journal of Nutrition.
Where to get it: To get more DHA in your diet, you can eat more oily fish or just take a fish oil supplement. If you are a vegetarian, pick up an algae-based DHA supplement to reap the same benefits.
5. Acetic acid: Vinegar, a dilute form of acetic acid, has potent glucose-lowering effects. One study in Italy found that when participants added just more than1 tablespoon of vinegar to their meal (as salad dressing) they experienced a 30 percent decrease in their post-meal blood sugar levels. Controlling blood sugar remains an essential component to weight loss and maintaining a lean body.
Where to get it: Adding vinegar to salads should be standard protocol, but if you can manage to find chocolate balsamic vinegar, it makes an excellent addition to a protein-packed chocolate smoothie.
6. Protein: Protein from lean sources like beef, poultry, fish, dairy, or soy are weight loss rock stars. The amino acids that make up protein cause your body to release the fat-burning and energy-stabilizing hormone glucagon. The process of digesting protein also stimulates your body to release the satiety hormone CCK. This one-two punch combined with the fact that it takes your body more energy to digest and breakdown protein compared to carbohydrates or fat makes it a must-have at every meal throughout your day.
Where to get it: The possibilities are endless, but lean proteins like Greek yogurt , cottage cheese, and organic grilled chicken strips are especially convenient.
7. Caffeine: Caffeine is one of the most potent weight loss compounds available to you each and every day. Caffeine blocks the breakdown of a compound call camp, which is responsible for mobilizing stored fats so they can be burned as energy.
Where to get it: If you are looking for a bigger fat-burning boost, then make sure to choose black tea over green tea or light roast coffee over dark roast for a largerdose of caffeine
8. Fiber: Fiber is often touted to be a great nutrient for weight loss because it slows down digestion, allowing for sustained energy and stable blood sugar. However fiber can also optimize hormones released during digestion that are responsible for feelings of hunger and satiety.
Where to get it: Avocados, Macadamia nuts, and olive oil are great sources of monounsaturated fats. They also come packaged with great nutrients such as antioxidants (in olive oil), fiber (in avocado), and B-vitamins (in macadamia nuts).

I meet many females who have been USED economically, socially or sexually by Male Manipulators. They fall into deep depression on seeing how a person they LOVED so much is now non-remorseful and inert to their emotional sadness.
There are few points which I would like to mention, A Male manipulator is one who has a very strong personality. They are extremely good actors and know how to conceal their emotions. Always self-centered in every activity of life, but because of their acting skills will show as if they are burning themselves for the benefit of others.
Their mind is always focused on one main objective, that to exploit their prey (specifically females) for either financial, social or sexual purposes.
Some Personality traits that help identify the same-
1. Extremely over-friendly. Always surrounded by an aura of mystery. Their friends or relationships will always be with people in turmoil.
2. Always identify and target females who have been through some emotional trouble. Within hours/days pose themselves to be their strong emotional support. Slowly slowly distance them from all their meaningful relationships.
3. Constant lying and conning is used to impress the victim. Most commonly use of false position, money, astrology, god, philosophy, "sixth sense powers" are used to captivate the victim lady.
4. No regard for feelings or property of others.
There always will be a history of multiple females who have suffered at the hands of such a man. But the manipulator will pose as a "victim" himself and have very convincing "Excuses" for every incident.
When his lies are caught, he will either dissapear from the place or get extremely angry.
5. There way of speaking is always one to impress. Full with "naughty" and "flirty" messages. Making the other person feel wanted and cherished. Main goal is to create an aura of being extremely concerned about you and only you.
When examined with a detail, one will observe that they spend a maximum amount of time talking about themselves and their troubles, their business, their wants and desires, etc etc... While the victim feels "she" is actually helping him out in his problem.
Slowly slowly they create such a web that she is completely engrossed in thinking about him only.
6. Their mind is extremely goal directed. While they never might achieve whatever they purpose to start, they will create an aura that every small victory is in fact a major battle won.
They are very good with words, so will criticize others in ways that seem "positive criticism", but in the end the words will be directed in creating doubt within the mind of their "victim".
7. Goal directed mind, leads to goal directed conversations. Every moment spent with them will be triggered to achieve their goal.
It will seem if they are motivating you to "free" your spirit, when actually they are "trapping" it.
if interested in sex, than conversations will be driven towards relationships, sex and flirt. and if interested in financial gains, will talk about big buisness deals, great money, big houses and big cars without any substantial gain of their own.
8. To create extreme trust levels, they will expose their "inner" truths to the victim. Only for the victim to later understand it was all a lie.
Being professional liars, they tend to cover-up their actual short-comings under the umbrella of words.
9. get aggressive and irritable if the truth is exposed. and Would prefer to run from the situation.
10. They follow the philosophy of a Phyton or boa constrictor snake, that strangulates his victim after gaining complete control over his movements
They will always put the emotion of "trust" as the corner-stone of any relationship.
They will constantly preach of trust and ask for practice of trust.
Once victim falls prey of this emotional trap, they will slowly start keeping a control on her every move.
They want to be always "informed" on what the victim is doing. Under the cover of friendship and care, they will ask more questions than required.
Such is the level of control, that even going to the "loo" without informing them can become anxiety causing.
As they get more and more control over a victim, slowly slowly they will make sure the victim is completely dependent on them for emotional support and need. This will give them chance to manipulate at financial, social and sexual angles without being noticed.
11. They never have true remorse for what they have ever done. And will always act to show how emotionally hurt they are. They are emotionless and self-centered. if they accept mistakes or cry its all shallow acting just to impress the other person.
If you have been conned by a male manipulator or if you know someone who is being conned, please help them.
Feeling used and thrown away is the most self-destroying feeling one can go through. Leading to extreme depression and sadness.

I am sure you have heard this before, but if you have Type 2
diabetes it is really important to overhaul your eating plan. The food
you eat really can change your life.
Stop eating junk food and fast food. Avoid all processed food when possible. Instead, shop in the perimeter of your grocery store looking at fruit, vegetables, lean meat and low-fat dairy. Foods with a slimming effect help to bring your blood sugar under control. Research shows avoiding fatty foods may also help your body regain some of its lost insulin sensitivity.
Certain foods give you extra power to control your blood sugar:
Low-GI foods: The glycemic index shows which foods raise your blood sugar more strongly, and which ones have a lesser effect. Here are a few low-GI foods to help you:
There are different ways you can add more fruit and vegetables to your eating plan:
Finally, another great way to eat more fruit and vegetables is by making a salad the center of your meal. Why not have a salad at least once a day? Make a big salad with different colored fruits and vegetables. You can use a dressing as simple as balsamic vinegar. It's very easy to make your own dressing by using balsamic vinegar, lemon juice and even a little olive oil if needed.
As you can see, being a Type 2 diabetic doesn't mean you have to live an eternal life of feeling overweight and out of shape.

- peas, beans, and lentils
- green leafy vegetables
- yams and sweet potato
- fruits excluding watermelon and pineapple
- oatmeal and bran cereals
- barley
- pumpernickel or rye breads
There are different ways you can add more fruit and vegetables to your eating plan:
- start juicing and maybe made the occasional smoothie. Of course, you want to steer clear of high sugar fruit as these can spike your blood sugar level. Instead, focus on mostly vegetables with a dash of fruit so you can get the sweet taste in your juices and smoothies. You may also want to add protein powder, or even nuts, to give you added protein plus stop those blood sugar spikes. Adding protein will keep you feeling full longer and lessen your desire to snack all day long.
- another great way to add more fruit and vegetables is by cutting them up and keeping them in a small cooler in your car when you're traveling back and forth to work. When you have the urge to munch on something, have some baby carrots dipped in some low-fat ranch dressing or an apple with low-fat almond butter.

- by changing your diet, eliminating unhealthy foods; you will immediately find you have more energy.
- cinnamon is good for healthy blood sugar, also. Adding 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon each day can reduce blood sugar levels by 18 to 29 percent. Why not add it to your oatmeal of fruit desserts?
- add exercise to your routine of eating healthy food, and the extra weight you are carrying will start to melt away, bit by bit.
How do you start to create a healthy lifestyle today so you can avoid unstable blood sugar and improve your weight loss?

I'm sure you've probably heard that you need a lot of traffic to
your website to make a lot of money online. Well you can get a lot of
traffic using a lot of non-effective methods, or you can spend most of
your time implementing quality traffic techniques that will actually
bring you good traffic.
In today's lesson, I want to share with you some of my favorite ways to get traffic to my website. It doesn't matter what you sell online. You can use these same strategies (or a slight "twist" of these strategies), to boost your traffic count and get you more sales. I have been using these strategies for a long while now and I can tell you that it just flat out works. Here's traffic method number 1 that I'm talking about:
1) YouTube
I use to hide behind the camera when making my YouTube videos but yesterday, I actually went down to my local Walmart and saw a camcorder that I wanted to buy. And yes... I bought it. So far the image quality is good, and I look forward to using it a lot to develop my YouTube videos.
But anyway, you too can use YouTube to get a lot of traffic to your website. I once ran across one guy who had over 10,000,000 views from his videos, and he had over 100,000 subscribers. These are the type of numbers that can take your internet business to the next level, and in some sense... promoting yourself on YouTube can be better than using paid advertising!
I'm serious about this. YouTube is the #3 ranked website on the internet in terms of website traffic (Google is #1 and Facebook is #2. Yahoo comes in at #4). So with all of this traffic that YouTube gets everyday, do you think you can take things to the next level and start getting the loads of traffic that you are looking for? I think so. Here's another traffic method that I like:
2) SEO
SEO or "search engine optimization" simply means that you are preparing your website for optimal placement in the search engines. The 3 major search engines are Google, Yahoo, and Bing. All of these search engines are places that you can rank high in, and start getting free traffic to your site. But one thing that you don't want to do is to rely solely on search engine traffic alone.
Google is by far the largest search engine, and they change their algorithms everyday. So optimize your site and continue to do SEO, but just don't put all your eggs in one basket. You never know when an "update" will come around and will affect your search engine rankings.
These 2 traffic techniques are things that I use in my internet business today, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results that they give me. If I were you, I would learn how to use these 2 traffic methods also so that you can have the success that you're looking for in your business too.
Good luck with getting more and more traffic to your website.

Typing speed is something which most of us don't really care
about in the beginning. But when we see someone typing really fast on
the computer keyboard, we feel that 'I wish I could type like this
person'. The average typing speed of any normal English speaking person
is most likely to be between 30-35 words per minute which is decent
enough. After all accuracy also matters a lot. You can find out your own
typing speed by indulging in some online typing tests which are pretty
much accurate. They give you both - words per minute and accuracy.
If you don't score well, I am sure that you will wish to type on the keyboard without looking at it. Imagine sitting in the dark and chatting with someone on IM, will you be able to do it? That's the question you should ponder about. To start with, make a mental map of the keyboard's keys. The QWERTY keyboard layout is the most used layout. The first tip is to avoid looking at the keys and start typing. It will be very difficult in the beginning but you will catch on.
Always maintain proper posture while typing. Do not slouch. You should have a proper arm rest and both your hands should be parallel to the ground when you type on the keyboard. Fingers should be slightly raised up while typing. If you can buy an ergonomic keyboard, it will help you better. The keys are arranged in such a way that it helps you type better and also avoid carpal tunnel syndrome problem.
Initially when you practice, do not worry about the mistakes you are making because that is part of the learning process. Instead focus on the task on hand. If you are copying some handwritten text to the computer, read sentences at a time instead of individual words. This will also help you type faster as you don't have to see the text again and again.
Finally, take some online typing tests which are specifically designed to help you improve your wpm count. Fast typing is a skill which develops with sufficient practice and experience. All the best.

The first thing you can do when starting to learn how to type
fast online is practice, the more you practice the better you can become
and you can even type without looking at the keyboard. You can gain
some good tips and tricks online and learn how to type fast for free in
this short article.
Step 1: Memorize the keyboard layout
Go ahead and sit in front of your computer and analyze in detail your keyboard. Keep in mind that all the keys found on your keyboard are optimized for typing fast. So just take your time and memorize where the letters are on your keyboard and create in your mind some kind of shortcuts to find the letters more quickly.
Don't worry about looking at the keyboard a few times, if you practice enough you can become that good that you will type without looking at the keyboard.
Step 2: Put your fingers in the correct position
In this next step I will outline how to strike the keys fast and accurately so you can type quicker.
To make a perfect and accurate key stroke you must practice and be very familiar with your own keyboard. You must remember the fact that the thumbs must always be used to hit the space key. You will have to put your both hands over the keyboard when typing in such a position that the left hand to cover the left part of the keyboard and the right and hand to cover the right part of the keyboard, leaving the thumbs in the middle of the keyboard.
Another critical aspect in learning how to type fast is using all our fingers, don't type using just 2 fingers, try to use more than two if you can.
Step 3: Practice!
In order to type fast you must memorize where the keys are located and you can do this only with practice and more practice. Try to practice rewriting an article so you can have an idea where a particular key is located and as I said earlier try using more than two fingers. I know it can be a little difficult but it can be accomplished if you practice and in the end you will improve your typing speed.
I hope you enjoyed this short article on how to type fast and got some useful tips, now you can start to practice.

What
do you suppose he meant by this quote? All our lives we are encouraged
to communicate, talk about what is bothering us... in most cases. Others
of us are discouraged from communication and experience difficulty in
conversing with others or saying the right things. Many people tend to
be uncomfortable with silence, but the Dalai Lama had a point here.
Think of a moment when you felt people were talking about you or that you may have done something wrong, when in reality, people were in their own bubbles... their own worlds. They were simply quiet. Conversely, have you ever said something hurtful or regretful? Maybe you just couldn't stop yourself. These are the moments the Dalai Lama is speaking of. We, as human beings with different interests and perspectives, were innately built to disagree... to decide what is of value to us alone. When you know you are at a point of irreconcilable differences it is a time to just be quiet about it. This is the moment in which you are able to make the loudest statement never heard. You spare a persons' feelings. You spare yourself feeling regretful, guilty or otherwise to blame. You create positive energy in the air. You reflect, forgive and become further aware. Let not the silence haunt you... rather, embrace it. Honor it. Listen to it. Silence.
Think of the pressure you remove from yourself in the moment that you let go? Not only are you taking a moment to accept and forgive yourself, but you are letting others involved off the hook, too. Off the hook... I think that I would prefer something a little bit more positive and true to the point. Off the hook seems like you are letting someone get away with that they are undeserving to get away. It also means that one must imply making a judgement on another person. This, too, is a negative act. Maybe we could refer to it as a gift of self growth (both to yourself and the one who 'wronged' you). Gifts are so much more pleasant and, like it or not, every time we have an adversity to face we learn something from it. Learning is the single most important gift in the universe. For learning helps you make decisions about your love, life and appreciations.
Learning helps you reach your fullest potential as a life long learner. We are born learning. We do it before we go away to kindergarten, we do it long after we graduate from our academic programs. In learning, it is important to reflect on what is positive and negative, how does it affect the ether and energy of the universe and what impact our own personal perceptions and values will our own actions have? Not saying anything is still communicating... it is just doing it in a calm manner that will not further disrupt the situation-especially when parties can not come to some common ground, further causing friction and disagreement.

Youth and beauty secrets aren't really secrets at all. You can
have beautiful skin by doing a few simple time-tested beautiful skin
care practices each day when you have time.
If you are chronically dehydrated, the natural toxins in your digestive tract are unable to move along and out of your body on time. If you are constipated due to dehydration, these toxins can leach back into your body from your bowel.
If you aren't active, bowel elimination is compromised because muscle action helps move waste products out of the bowel and out of you. Exercise also helps keep your skin toned and firm.
Lymphatic health is important for youthful beautiful skin. Walking for exercise or bouncing for 20 minutes on a mini trampoline will help get your lymphatic system moving. The lymph nodes help clean debris out of your blood. Exercise helps the lymph nodes clean themselves out.
It's much more important to mind the basics of health and beauty than to use creams, lotions. Consider making these changes before doing dermabrasion or skin resurfacing.
Consider a doing a 90 day challenge where you drink one gallon of pure water a day, walk for at least 20 minutes each day and eat foods as close to their natural form as possible.
You may feel so much better overall that you'll want to continue this simple health plan!
If your digestion doesn't improve and you're still constipated, you may need digestive aids such as Betaine Pepsin HCL or pancreatic enzymes to help break down your food for better assimilation.
Some people are allergic to gluten and casein, the proteins found mostly in wheat and dairy products. Once these are taken out of the diet, digestion and bowel transit time usually improve. There are many grains that contain gluten, so do your research if you suspect a food sensitivity. Always check with your doctor for direction with supplementation, food allergy assessment and exercise options that are best for you.
After you've done your 90 day challenge, ask your friends if they've noticed any differences in you and your appearance. It's possible you'll get comments on how good you look before your 90 days are up!
- Drink plenty of pure water (alkaline water may be best)
- Walk 20 minutes per day!
- Eat real food (not processed, boxed or prepared foods)
- Consider using digestive supplements (digestion and skin health are related)

Those who have ridden in my car know first-hand that I have great
affection for my GPS. To me it's a cherished "gift that keeps on
giving". Not only do I love it because of the ease and confidence it
offers me in finding my way, but this fabulous little gadget also
calculates my anticipated time of arrival. I just love that... Short of something catastrophic or a massive detour, I breathe easier knowing when and where I'll arrive.
But wait, it gets even better...
In the event of a missed turn, Jill (yes, that's her name) echoes the word "recalculating" while identifying an alternate route that will take me to my destination. No judgment or panic, simply: recalculating. Ahhh...
On the road to realizing your dreams, there is much to be learned from this nifty little invention!
So, with the easy-breezy wind blowing in your hair, here are 10 very important driving tips to give you the utmost ease and confidence around each twist and turn along the road to realizing YOUR dreams:
1. Unless you know your destination, a GPS will not be much use to you. You must choose a destination! This is not to say you can't change direction at any time, it just means that in order to receive guidance about where to go, you must begin by choosing which way to head. (By the way, there is of course not a thing wrong with a joy-ride, as long as you don't feel any particular urgency to get anywhere in particular.)
2. When would you like to arrive? Are you traveling by foot, bike, car...? Take into account how fast you're able to travel for a steady distance, and when you would like to arrive. With a bit of planning, you'll be able to easily assess how soon to set out on your journey and what to pack.
3. Give yourself some extra time so you can stop along the way to refuel.
4. Remember: You are in the drivers seat.
5. Enjoy the ride. Half the fun is getting there.
6. If it feels daunting to go it alone, find others who are heading in a similar direction to join you.
7. Pace yourself.
8. Glance in the rear-view mirror periodically, but keep your primary focus on what's in front of you.
9. Celebrate each milestone along the way, knowing that every mile counts.
10. Don't doubt and question whether or not you'll get there! Just keep going... You don't have to use any more precious fuel spinning your wheels.
With a bit of planning, you can create your very own road map to your dreams! First, decide where and when you would like to arrive. Then, work backwards. Identify clear, measurable milestone markers that support your journey forward. Enjoy the ride!

The condition of the interior is an important factor to
consider when buying a used car. During the test drive looking at the
interior can tell you a lot about the car.
Excessive wear of the interior may actually be a good indicator of the mileage, even without looking at the odometer. Moisture and musty odours indicate possible leaks in seals or heating. Windows that readily fog up are a sign of moisture in the vehicle. The following test drive tips concern the inside of the car.
Floor mats
Do not be fooled by new floor mats. This is one of the cheapest and easiest ways to cover up wear. Lift the mats up and check the condition of the carpet underneath. Check for water leaks. Also check for wear behind the foot pedals and to the right of the accelerator.
Seat belts
Do all the seat belts work correctly? Give a tug on the belt. The black seat belts in a new car should immediately seize. In older models or in a classic car, there will be a little bit of leeway in the system. Seat belt tensioners will only absorb the forces of a crash once. So if you are buying a salvaged car ask explicitly whether the seat belts have been replaced. The same applies to the airbag. Check how the seat belt rolls up. If the belt has difficulty rolling itself up then the system is worn. Very fast rolling up indicates minimal usage of the belt. Check for any tears or fraying which adversely affect the functioning.
Drivers Seat
Wear of the driver's seat is a good indication of mileage. If the sides are worn, chances are that the vehicle has substantial mileage.
Airbag
If the car has airbags it is important to take a good look at the steering wheel cover and the dashboard where the airbags are located. The H-pattern over which the steering wheel or dashboard cover will rip on inflation of the airbag is virtually invisible. Is the position of the airbag clearly visible under the cover, chances are the airbag has been removed and jammed back in. Realize that an airbag can only be used once, and after use the entire unit must be replaced.
Consider the age of the car. The lifespan of the airbag system in vehicles produced prior to 1992 is about 10 years. The airbags on models after 1992 have a lifespan of about 15 years. Side airbags could last 15 years, depending on the brand.
Pedal rubbers
The pedals are the controls for the brake, clutch and accelerator. They are an unavoidable instrument for driving a car. Wear of the pedal rubbers indicates much use and the mileage must be high.
Shifter
This is also a good indicator of usage of a car. If the shifter knob is substantially worn there has been a lot of shifting. That means a high mileage or a lot of city traffic. In the latter case, consider oil consumption. Oil temperature may not always reach operating temperature on short drives so the engine parts are not optimally lubricated and suffer wear.
Seat covers
Ask yourself why there are covers over the seats. Is the seller protecting or hiding the original seat covers? Is there a lot of wear from stepping in and out? This means the car has been driven a lot which means high mileage or a lot of short trips. Check if the mileage, the wear on both the pedal rubbers and the gearshift correspond.
Steering wheel
A worn steering wheel means lots of driving. Expect a high mileage.
Leaks
When buying a car check the lining of the roof for signs of moisture. Moisture patches indicate that a seal (from the sunroof) is not functioning properly. Feel under the floor mats for moisture. Where possible, lift up the carpet to inspect the floorboards for rust. Do the same for the trunk.
Odometer
Digital and analog odometers can quite easily be manipulated. It is not illegal to drive with a defective odometer as long as it was not intentionally tampered with to deceive a buyer as to the actual mileage. Check the maintenance log for corresponding distance data. Check the dashboard for signs of tampering with the odometer. Indicators are fingerprints or scratches on the inside of the plastic screen. Check for worn screws used for attachment of the instruments. If the digits are not aligned evenly, or if the digits are scratched, this indicates an attempt to change the mileage. If you find the mileage is on the low side, look carefully for signs of wear of the steering wheel, gearshift and pedals. If the pedals are worn to the metal, and the mileage counter shows 25,000 miles, it's time to say good bye!

Everything that relates to our society is governed by laws and business is no exception. Business law or commercial law is simply a body of law that governs every aspect with regards to conducting a business. This covers but not limited to the commerce of the sea, transportation of goods, guarantees, marine life and natural disasters pertaining to the economic status and business relations, life of the people concerned, employment, intellectual property, insurances and conformities of partnerships. Business may differ for each state or country but there are international codes followed to ensure equal distribution of economic power among nations.
In some countries, civil codes that cover comprehensive statements of their commercial law are being followed. They are usually regulated by the congress with its power to regulate interstate commerce. In the United States, unions are formed to promote a uniform body of commercial law which has resulted in the adoption of the uniform commercial code which is currently being followed by the 50 states and other US territories.
Business law is applicable to both small and big. With its broad coverage, several branches of it are categorized to avoid confusion and to promote formality in the process. One of these branches of law is the advertising law. This law ensures that products are being advertised truthfully and to protect the consumers from false promises. Another notable law is the employment and labor law. This law protects the employees working for a firm. This includes health insurances, discrimination and harassment protection, child labor, household employment, posters, employment termination, wage and hour laws, final paychecks and compensation for work. Business law also has its own set of finance law that protects all scale of business establishments. This helps small firms from the harassment of big companies and to level the ground of competition and promote a healthy market. There is also a law that protects and governs online businesses. This covers the financial and legal liabilities incurred in the areas of privacy, security, taxation and copyright issues. Business law also includes a set of environmental regulations. All businesses are required to follow a set of rules and regulations when affecting the natural environment. Any harm done to the environment is not permitted except in some rare cases. Employee's healthy and safety is also covered by the law.
Before you start your own business, you should always familiarize yourself with the different laws to avoid legal liabilities and to protect yourself from fraudulent attacks. A strong understanding of the laws will reflect the way you handle your business and will determine your success eventually.

Real estate law is multi-categorized and is governed by a lot of
different facets. "Real" refers to real property. This is land and the
things that are permanently a part of the area, that is, what is
attached.
This goes for anything "underneath" too, so if any crude oil or natural gas is buried beneath, the land owner has first rights to the resource.
With property ownership, or the prospect of owning, there come risks. Most of this is liability, liability to the state and those who border the property. For instance, when purchasing a lot within the city, there are zoning restrictions.
A city may designate a certain size structure on the land, and if the owner decided to assemble a four-story goliath mansion home, the other owners of single floor rancher-style houses on that block might not be so pleased, the same goes with the city.
There is a great deal of ownership liability that goes to third-parties as well, such as land owners paying mortgage on a house to a lender. This is probably the most common liability that is known. If the owner does not pay, then they default on the loan and the lender, such as a bank can claim the property as payment.
State Law
Property laws trace its history back to the monarchs who ruled much of the continent of Europe. This was brought to America and from there has evolved a great deal. Real estate law, like most all law type, is still constantly evolving today as new cases are brought to courts.
Because events are often relating to geography and local cultures and law, there are a lot of aspects of real estate law that reflect this and are divided up by states.
For instance, if you were having a land dispute with a neighbor and you owned a tract of land near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho you would ideally want to consult with Coeur d'Alene real estate attorneys -- even if you retain an attorney in Pittsburgh or some other city where you make your residence -- to know what is fully involved regarding that specific city's statutes.
A Coeur d'Alene real estate attorney can advise you on the specifics with Idaho's real property laws and can give you a heads up on what your rights are as a land owner pertaining to that tract of land you own and the dwelling that reside within.
Hiring a real estate attorney's group, no matter where you plan to buy land, would lend you piece of mind and a defense or litigations counsel if that dispute with the neighbor ends up in court.

The new paradigm of Spiritual Quantum Physics is based upon the following axioms:
(1) You are to God as your cells are to your body.
(2) You are a dynamic unit of energy living and moving and having your being within another infinite dynamic unit of energy called God.
(3) All is energy in multi sets of ascending and descending cycles.
(4) The only thing happening in the Universe is energy in relationships.
This tells us that all the physical objects chairs, pens, planets, people and even the universe are no more than manifestations of the mental thoughts of God, you and I and the collective humanity.
There are no physical objects 'out there' only the manifestation of thoughts. Take away the individual who is thinking the thought about something and it will disappear from the physical world.
If no on thinks about the Golden Gate Bridge, If all writings, pictures and images of this bridge were destroyed the Golden Gate Bridge would 'blink out' of the known physical world and back into the non-physical part of God's mind waiting for the next person to think about it.
We are all souls, 'finite' units of dynamic energy projected out of the Mind of God into the Quantum Ocean.
The Quantum Ocean is an infinite body of thinking intelligent energy. There is no time there. No past, present nor future. Only the 'NOW1'.
There is no breadth, width or length in the Quantum Ocean. Only the 'HERE!'.
Therefore there exists only the "HERE NOW!'.
The Quantum Ocean is the playing ground manifested by God for all the billions of souls to use to work out their destinies and to experience physical life.
There is the physical part of the Quantum Ocean where you, I, the planets exist in physical form. Then there is the non-physical part of the Quantum Ocean where all the infinite possibilities of existence exist.
We are divine blueprints in the Mind of God experiencing life in the divine blueprint called "our universe.'
Within the non-physical part of the Quantum Ocean is an infinite number of divine blueprints yet to be discovered and manifested onto our physical plane.
How do they manifest? Thoughts are things. Man thinks these divine blueprints into the physical world out of the Quantum Ocean with his mind.
Where do you think the great inventors, writers, creative people get their ideas? Ideas are from the divine blueprints in the Quantum Ocean.
Edison had to think about the electric light bulb and try 10,000 experiments before he generated, with his thoughts, enough energy to bring this divine blueprint out of the non-physical into the physical.
You can do the same. Therefore think only big thoughts.

Your son or daughter has science questions about Sir Isaac
Newton's three laws of motion. How can you begin to guide your child's
understanding of these concepts? Without thinking about them, we use Sir
Isaac Newton's three laws of motion every day. Newton's first law
explains why it is harder to stop a moving car than a roller skate.
Newton's second law algebraically relates the force on an object, its
mass, and its acceleration. Newton's third law concerns how forces act
upon objects. By relating every day experiences, you can help your child
understand Sir Isaac Newton's three laws of motion.
1. Newton's first law of motion is also known as the law of inertia. The term, inertia, derives from the Greek, inert, or not moving. Newton's first law states that any object will remain stationary or will continue to move in a straight line unless it is acted upon by an external, unbalanced force. A force is a push or pull on an object. Inertia is a measure of the mass of an object. An automobile has more inertia than a roller skate. While you are traveling in a moving car, you are moving in the same direction and with the same speed as the car.
If the car suddenly comes to a stop, you will still be moving in the original direction, through the windshield if you do not use a seatbelt or airbag. The seatbelt keeps you in one position relative to the car's motion, keeping your body against the seat. Inertia also explains why you lean towards the opposite direction as the car moves around a steep curve. If the car turns right, you lean towards the left; if the car turns left, you lean towards the right. Again, your body continues to move in a straight line during the turn, as it did before the turn.
2. Any time you want to change the speed or direction of an object, you need to use the appropriate force. Newton's second law of motion relates the concepts of mass, force, and acceleration. In science, acceleration is the change in speed or direction of a moving object. Force on an object is equal to its mass multiplied by its acceleration. The strength of the force on an object depends upon the object's mass, or how much material it contains, and how fast its speed is changing, or its acceleration.
An automobile hitting a wall at the same speed as a roller skate would have more force, since the car has more mass. A unit of measurement for force is the Newton, abbreviated N, named after Sir Isaac Newton. One Newton, or one N, is the force needed to move a mass of one kilogram one meter per second in a second. Or algebraically, 1 N = 1 kg * m/ s2. A Newton of force is a small amount. A person weighing 110 pounds exerts a force of 50 Newtons on Earth.
3. Newton's third law of motion is more commonly called action reaction. For every action in one direction, there is an equal and opposite reaction in the opposite direction; even if the object does not move. Forces always act in pairs, even if the object remains still. While sitting in a chair, you provide a force on the chair acting down towards the floor. At the same time, the chair provides an equal and opposite upward force on you. If this were not the case, you would be sitting upon the floor instead. While you walk, for each step that you take your foot pushes against the floor. As you push, or provide a force, against the floor, the floor also pushes against your foot, propelling you forward. If you try to walk across sheer ice, you must adjust your steps, since the ice does not provide the same force as the floor.
By using every day examples, you can help your children understand Sir Isaac Newton's three laws of motion. The law of inertia, or Newton's first law of motion, describes how a stationary object begins to move or how the motion of an object changes. Newton's second law of motion algebraically relates an object's mass and acceleration to the amount of force involved to cause motion. Finally, Newton's third law of motion involves the fact that forces on an object always act in opposing pairs, whether or not the forces cause motion.

Motion Detector lights are probably one of the most
cost-effective, as well as practical technological innovations that
drastically improve the safety of your home. At the same time, outdoor
security lights allow some leeway in your budget. There are many
effective mechanisms with motion sensor lights but the most common being
technology is the PIRs (passive infrared) or pyroelectric sensors.
Since human beings emit infrared energy with a wavelengthof 9 to 10
micrometers, most if not all sensors have a sensitivity range of 8 to 12
micrometers. These sensors however are not reactive to a person who is
standing still. This is because PIR systems can only detect and be
reactive to a sudden, rapid change in the infrared energy within a
specific area.
Motion Detector Lights are especially handy when it comes to preempting burglaries and home invasions. One of the more common set-ups involve sensors turning on emergency floodlights should someone brave to trespass onto your property during the night, causing the burglar to panic while at the same time serving as an alarm so you'll know when someone or something threatens your home. Not only are motion detectors suitable for use in households, they can also serve as part of a staple home security systemLight motion detectors come in a myriad of styles ranging from designs that can be either mounted on walls, shelves and concerns, or the rather simply constructed ones that you can easily place on the ground.
So if you want to keep your properties, possessions and more importantly, you and your loved ones' well-being secure, you might want to consider installing motion sensor lights in and around your home. Motion sensor lights are one of the top three safety and security recommendations that are being promoted by authorities in the United States. The other two include organizing neighborhood watch groups in conjunction with the police and securing all property out of site.
With light motion detectors, you are getting the best and most practical means of safeguarding your family and properties; and they are also quite budget-friendly.

If you have not yet taught your precious pooch how to sit on
command, you may want to go back and teach him or her that useful morsel
before you try to teach it to stay or to come. This is for fairly
obvious reasons: a dog is much happier to stay in one spot when it is
allowed to be/told to be in a sitting position. So, take some time out
of your busy schedule-about fifteen minutes, two or three times per
day-and really get that dog sitting well. Once you are confident in his
or her sitting ability, it is time to raise the stakes.
Speaking of steaks, treats are an indispensable item to carry on you at all times whenever one is training their pet. Once your dog is properly sit-trained, tell them to sit and, once they do that, give them a treat.
Then, hold your hand up like a stop sign. Make sure that it is in front of the dog and so they can see it clearly. Back up slowly, saying the word "Stay" in a firm and clear tone. Of course, if you would like to get the dog's attention first, say its name. When speaking any of these commands, you must speak clearly and with confidence. The firmness in your voice will tell your dog that you are saying something he or she should listen to. For the first few times teaching them how to stay, you do not turn your back to them as you walk away from them-be walking backwards, facing them, hand out front, and keep your eyes on the pup. Do not go too far the first couple times-a few footfalls will do. Then, with a bit of a fun jive in your voice, say, "Come!" Your dog should take the cue and bound over towards your direction, or at least pad over lazily, and when they do, reward them again. Praise them and give him or her a treat.
Of course, if the dog decides to run prematurely-before you say the command "Come!"-then you must tell them "No!" in a hard voice and back them up all over again. Then, consider what you may have done wrong. More than half of the time during training sessions with a miscreant pup, it is the owner who is unknowingly prompting the pup to behave badly. Are you moving too far away from your pup? Have you turned your back to your dog as you were backing away? With the right motivation, your dog will be staying when you'd like him or her to and coming back to you, as well.
After your dog has consistently stayed when you told him to stay and came when you told him to come, you may want to try backing farther away to give the dog a bit more of a challenge. Remember to only do training where your dog may fail if you are feeling energetic and happy-never go into a training period with a frowning face or it is only a matter of time before you will become frustrated with your dog. Dogs can sense frustration, as they are pack animals, and this may confuse them and cause them to slip up in their training. As your best friend and companion, they are always looking for ways to please you; if you seem displeased with the training sessions, the dogs may associate the training with your negativity and come to dislike the sessions.
Once you have the "Sit", "Stay", and "Come" commands, the sky is the limit. You will be able to train your dog easier, and, in general, your dog will have learned to respect you and listen to your commands.

Just about every topic that you can imagine is published on the
internet. This makes it difficult when a client tells us that we need
to find a unique angle, but it is not impossible. A little creativity
and looking at what you already know about the topic at hand can help
you craft an article that has a unique flair.
Your Life Experiences
Personal experience is always unique. You won't have personal experience with every topic in existence, but it is inevitable that you have personal experience with several dozen things. Have you done your own repair on your vehicle lately? Have you had an MRI done? Have you tried a new beauty or grooming trend? Write about this stuff. Folks surfing the web enjoy reading about what other people experienced with something they have either tried or will be trying. Not all clients will accept first-person experience, so keep this in mind, but many will and many will pay rather well for it.
Use a Single Element of the Topic
Every topic has a variety of elements. For example, roof repair and multiple sclerosis are two very different topics and when you look at the bigger picture you will see that dozens of narrow articles can be done on each. In terms of roof repair, you could talk about choosing the right shingles for your geographic area, whether nails or staples are the best for your shingle type and how roof slope affects the cost of labor. These are just three topic ideas generated from the very broad roof repair. With multiple sclerosis, you can break this down into dozens of articles. Some examples include writing about how plasmapheresis helps in treating this condition, the pain related to MS and natural ways to cope with the MS hug. The best way to narrow down is to take a topic and analyze it. Think about the subheads you would use in a broad article and make each subhead a single article.
Choose a Specific Audience
An article that looks at getting more fiber in your diet has been done a million times, but choosing a specific audience for this can narrow things down. Most articles on the above topic are targeted at adults, so why not write about how to get more fiber into your toddlers' diet. Keep the article focused on toddlers only. Talk about how much fiber they need per day, foods that toddlers like to eat that contain fiber and how to sneak in fiber when they are not wanting to eat those fiber-rich foods.

Did you wake up one morning and realize that you are overweight
but could not figure out how you came to the state? Did you find out one
evening that you cannot fit into your favorite dress anymore? Do you
feel uncomfortable about your appearance when going out with people but
cannot decipher how to go back to being slim and happy? If yes, the good
news is, there are several ways out. The bad news, however, is the fact
that since your life did not change overnight, regaining it will happen
over a period of time, too.
Perhaps, the most important component of losing weight is changing your eating habits. Think about it, how much has your food consumption increased compared to a few years back? The answer may come as a surprise. There are many who simply can not give food up and are thus resorting to physical activity as a way to lose weight. Yes, physical activity will indeed burn those calories off. If you do not, however, change your eating habits, you cannot be certain about being able to maintain this weight loss. A healthy lifestyle and a slim body needs an adequate combination of both. If you do not know where to start, there are a number of foods you can resort to.
Whole-grain foods top the list. These are particularly suitable for those with a raving appetite for certain foods, since they will not have to give them up but simply change the type they intake. Yes, this means that you do not have to give up bread but just to go for whole wheat bread. You can keep consuming rice if you can just switch to brown rice. You can still have a decent amount of breakfast. All you need to do is buy some oatmeal instead of high-fat cereal. As for snacks, popcorn can still be there, just without salt, butter or any sort of flavor. It is not that hard, after all!
Next comes the obvious: Fruits. Water-rich fruits are ideal in this regard, some being apples, melons and watermelons. This is because they are not only low in calories but also contain pectin, which can limit the amount of fat that your body cells tend to absorb. However, you must not go overboard with fruits. Another healthy option is to consume grapefruit, which has been long known to aid weight loss. Similar to apples, it reduces fat absorption by reducing insulin levels, also lowering your appetite. Also, this highly fibrous food takes more calories to digest than it actually contains, thus leading to burning some.
To aid your diet plan, you can also go for healthy options like green tea and soy protein. These help to curb your appetite while doubling the gains from a diet. For meat lovers, the solution is fish prepared in low-fat ingredients, thus aiding fat-loss as well as satisfying food cravings. Carefully choosing what you eat, therefore, is the key to a successful diet. Having chosen the best options, you can not only be sure of consuming the least amount of calories but can actually burn them off by eating food itself!

Decoration
Like any other kids party you have balloons, paper flags and the goody bags etc. Just add a few extra things to create the Bollywood atmosphere. Ensuring you decorate with a few Colourful Sari's or similar soft/ sheer material is the most visually attractive and traditional way to make the party very 'Indian'.
Table decoration - You could purchase a nice Indian table runner, (which are usually available at an Indian clothing store. Use fresh Flowers, sparklers, balloons, colourful napkins, colourful paper plates, coloured paper ribbon streamers, left over glitter from your last party and plenty of food (yes a traditional Bollywood party is all about food and colour. Also with kids, it is important they have the nibbles ready however we will discuss the food later in this article
The Disco ball - Bollywood is all about fun colour and sparkle and you can make one with a ball covered in lots of glitter or purchase a mirror disco ball in almost every variety store. They can be small or big; if you are buying the smaller sizes (cost can be from $ 2 to $ 4) buy at least 20 and hang them low and scattered throughout the party room. If you are buying the bigger one you only need a few and hang them over the main table.
Carpet - Kids usually love to play on the floor, so spread a few carpets or cushions (with Indian covers) or even an Indian bed spread in the nominated area.
Music - Upbeat Bollywood music, High voltage Bhangra beat or Indo western music is most appropriate but if you are not sure what to play ask a Bollywood teacher or somebody who has knowledge of Bollywood music, or look it up on the Internet.
The goodie bags - All children love a present. They do not have to be expensive but with a little effort and creative ideas you can create a very attractive present to give to each of the guests.
For girls - Girls love their sparkles and jewellery, so put a couple of beaded necklaces a packet of Bindi (traditional tiny stickers that decorate the face), a packet of chocolates or sweets depending upon your budget.
For Boys - Animal masks (elephant, tiger or monkey), Stick on tattoos, sweets and an Indian story book.
What to wear -
For girls - Any Indian style costume.
For Boys - Indian Kurta/shirt with trousers and a turban. You can buy the turban or create one.
Party games - This is a wonderful way to keep everybody happy. Snakes and ladders, Bollywood grooves or even a magic show, request the magician to wear a turban to add some colours to the fun. But the best way to keep every child happy is to let them play with Rongoli.
Rangoli - Rangoli is the traditional decorative painting usually used in Indian ceremonies. Although traditionally dry colours are used to cover the pattern, you can give the kids pastel crayon or poster paint to draw on the pattern..You can print out the pattern from various internet sites or create your own. Give the kids a black hard paper to use as a surface, and let them follow a print or create their own prints and then colour with paint or crayon. The best thing is they can keep their creation as a prize.
For outside Rongoli, Give them chalk and coloured sands, let them draw their pattern and fill the pattern with coloured sand.
Food - Kheer, Rasmalai and Samosa can be great nibbles for the party. For the main course Basmati Chicken Pilaf or Honey Mushroom Chicken Curry with rice.
Drinks - Milk shake, Lassi or mango juice.
You can always ad more fun to your party by teaching the kids a Bollywood dancing routine, its fun and full of energy. Just ask a local Bollywood teacher for more details.
Now that you have all the basics covered start getting an idea for the invitations. Again its pretty simple, depending on the age of the guests, there are hundreds of free Indian patterns available on the net to suit the perfect occasion. You can print them out from the internet or make your own hand painted.

Water damage occurs through many different means and on many
different scales. Some can easily be dealt with and repaired with little
danger to human health, while others require special precautions to be
taken since the water may contain chemicals, bacteria and other
substances that are harmful to both humans and animals.
Clean, Gray and Black
Clean water is fairly safe to work in during repair and restoration. This category typically poses no danger to humans or animals because it has no harmful impurities or chemicals.
Gray water may contain some harmful matter. It's not typically life threatening, but may cause illness. At the very least this type of water is uncomfortable to work with.
Black water is incredibly dangerous. Harmful bacteria fungi or chemicals are definitely present and may cause illness or even death for those who come into contact with it. This type of contamination should be handled by professionals who have the equipment, knowledge and expertise to remove it without harming themselves or others.
Preventing Water Damage
Common problems that are easily avoidable cause the majority of water damage. Regular inspections of your plumbing, roof and foundation can prevent many of the small issues that grow into major problems. Even seemingly insignificant situations can quickly cause serious destruction.
Never discredit a small amount of moisture dripping down an interior wall. Whether the leak is caused by a faulty roof or a rusty pipe, it needs to be staunched right away lest it cause further harm to your home. Even if the outer part of your living room wall seems to be fine, the water is probably causing unseen and costly damage within the interior of your wall.
Since wood rots when it's wet, a damp proofing compound should be used on any part of your foundation that comes in contact with water. Otherwise the moisture will slowly rot away the wooden framing of your house and begin to compromise its structure.
Bathrooms are a primary location for water damage caused by steam from your shower. Unless you have an exhaust fan, mold can quickly grow and your wallpaper can begin to peel.
Roof maintenance is extremely important when you're trying to prevent unnecessary problems caused by rain and wet weather. Stopped up gutters will prevent drainage and cause rot issues along the trim of your roof. This problem could even lead to leaking inside your home.
Finally, a house with inadequate insulation can pose a serious problem. Water vapor easily forms inside the walls and up in the attic space. The moisture itself can cause serious damage, and it also creates an ideal environment for insects, which also cause problems. If you find that your home is under-insulated, a professional can come and add more insulation to certain parts of the home. And if your attic retains moisture, you may want to invest in an attic fan, which will help to dissipate that moisture before it has time to cause permanent water damage.

Mistake 1 - Headline Not Attention Grabbing
A few second in cyberspace is equivalent to an afternoon in the physical world. When a visitor arrives on your page, the first thing they see is your headline. If it doesn't grab their attention immediately, you run the risk of never seeing them again. Use strong emotional words to elicit a positive response within your prospect. Here's a list of copywriting power words to use when writing headlines.
Mistake 2 - Not Swiping Effective Copy
The first thing I do when I come across a headline that grabs my attention is to swipe it, and store it with the rest of my awesome copywriting files. Whether it's an email subject line, a landing page headline or a whole sales copy formula, I copy and paste them into a word document for inspiration further down the line. Anytime I'm looking for a bit of inspiration regarding my copy, I simply glance through my large database which always gives me what I need. (Of course, I write the final copy into my own words)
Mistake 3 - Using Long Sentences
I must say, I have been guilty of this on more than one occasion. The truth is though, you must try to get your point across in as few words as possible. I am not the slickest article writer in town, but when I write sales copy, email copy and headlines, I keep it short, to the point and benefit oriented. I tend to waffle a bit more here on my blog though.
Mistake 4 - Not Having a Strong Call to Action
When writing sales copy you need to tell your reader what you want them to do. People are looking for leadership. They want you to tell them what to do next. Don't be shy about asking for the sale. If your product or service is quality, and you know it will help your prospect, then tell them what to do next. When in doubt, think about the following 3 steps... 1) What is it you've got? 2) What will it do for them? 3) What should they do next?
Mistake 5 - Focusing on Features Instead of Benefits
I see this mistake all the time in sales copy. There's no point trying to sell a feature to your prospect. The only thing they really want to know is what it can do FOR them. You have to elicit an emotional response within your prospect, and the only way to do that is to highlight the benefits your product will add to their lives.
Example:
Feature... This top of the range car has 4 side impact bags
Benefit... Your family will be protected against side impacts
Feature... We have the best online training, and the most up to date tools
Benefit... Our training will help you succeed very quickly online, and our tools will shave at least 6 months off your learning time.
People buy on emotions; then they justify their decision based on logic.
Mistake 6 - Not Having a Guarantee
People are afraid to have a guarantee somewhere within their sales copy. This is very important stuff here. People need to know there's not a man in a striped jumper and a mask behind the sales page ready to take their hard earned cash and run. I have seen some sellers with a lifetime guarantee on their products. You can be assured that this will increase conversions massively, besides, not many people use that lifetime guarantee anyway. If, however, your product is not quality and you are worried that a lot of people will return it promptly, then realistically you need to evaluate your business plan... or lack of one for that matter.
Mistake 7 - Your Copy Is Not Targeted
Another big mistake that considerably lowers conversions is not figuring out the profile of your average customer. You need to find out who your audience is before you can effectively write for them. Writing copy for a 50 year old woman will not be the same as writing copy for a teenager for example. There are certain terms that appeal to both demographics, and emotional triggers portrayed through your words will have a different response to each audience. Writing copy for "everyone" will mean you write for 'no one'. It can be difficult for an 18 year old guy to write effective sales copy for pregnant mothers looking to buy a stroller. Get to know your audience first, get into their minds.
Mistake 8 - No Urgency Within Sales Copy
People will not rush into buying from you if they have all the time in the world to make a decision. Including a sense of urgency in your copy just makes sense. Let people know that your offer will not be around forever, and if the act NOW, they will get a discount, or a bonus. Include dime sales and limited numbers available in your copy. I'd advise against lying to your potential prospects as this will work against you in the long run, but you get my point. You don't want your customer to think they can come back at a later date to buy your product.
Mistake 9 - Being Too Boring & Technical
Injecting a bit of personality into your writing will help conversions. You must connect with the person read reads your copy. They need to identify with a real person and not a faceless website. This is especially true when using email marketing. Your goal is to build a relationship with the person you are talking to. Boring and technical sales copy doesn't work as well as personality driven copy. Remember, your goal is to play on your prospects emotions, this cannot be done effectively with technical copy, unless your prospect is just looking for statistics about your product.
Mistake 10 - Not Having a Compelling Offer
One thing I see all the time is marketers thinking their products are the best thing since sliced bread. It's a big mistake, and detrimental to your conversions if you put "yourself" ahead of your prospects. It's NEVER about what YOU think of the product you're promoting. Just because you think it's a great product, that doesn't mean it is. Your offer has to over-deliver. It must be so compelling that your prospect can't walk away from it without feeling like they let an offer of a lifetime slip them by. Add bonuses into the offer, include a discount if they buy within the next 5 minutes etc.
Mistake 11 - Not Tweaking to Improve Conversions
This may be the last on the list, but is by far one of the most important things you can do. Tweaking your headline, your subject lines, your bullet points and general copy within your emails and sales pages is essential. You see people looking to get more traffic to their websites so they can make more sales. They want more leads coming into their business so they have more people to market to. These are all fine and dandy, but little tweaks here and there can massively affect your conversions where you actually make more sales with the same amount of traffic... and it costs you nothing to test. You won't get this right the first time you make changes to your copy, but gaining an extra percentage increase here and there can make a big difference.
